Lovely hotel and service. Price’s reasonable. Great breakfast with plenty of choice, both traditional and western!

Mercure Resort impresses with its modern European style and outstanding amenities, especially the delightful buffet breakfast. Although the upgrade to the executive room was appreciated, the view facing a residential house outside didn't quite match the allure of the resort scenery available in other rooms. Nevertheless, the resort's contemporary charm and superb breakfast make it a compelling choice for a comfortable stay

hotel is good with clean room and tasty food. however, the villa is not connected to each other, so when it rains, going outside of the place will be a challenge. further, external facilities like spa are quite far.

Family suite is great! Spacious and clean. Room is very comfortable. Exterior is very European style with lots of flowers. Swimming pool and gym is not available

A pretty accommodation like a small town in Europe🌷 Every space, including the garden, is so pretty that it feels like a photo zone wherever you take pictures. The breakfast restaurant menu is not diverse, but they have champagne and the banh xeo is delicious! Recommended if you like pretty spaces and nature:)

The resort environment is very good, with flowers everywhere, very beautiful. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is not bad. The soundproofing of the room is a little poor, and the neighbors can be heard if they talk a little louder. The neighbors talked very loudly on the first night and affected my sleep. After reporting it to the front desk, it was resolved after two communications. However, the overall disadvantages are not enough to cover up the advantages.

Visiting a place that was featured on TV is something I look forward to and am very excited about. From the entrance of the hotel, you feel quite comfortable. The color was absorbent and cozy. I was assigned to Lavender No. 2. It has a strong lavender scent. It felt like I was in a lavender forest. Attractive bathroom and amenities~ Cozy bedroom atmosphere~ Even though it was raining, I felt like I was taking a walk through an alley in Europe or Switzerland. To upgrade your trip to Dalat further It was a good enough hotel~ I promise to visit again~^^
