Good location(Closer of night market, lake and city center)
Clean, spacious Room, good bathriom(just miss a box on shower, because the floor be wet on toilet)
Coffee, tea and confortable bed.
Reception staff are attentive(sometimes they did not there, hehe) . In general cost x benefit is good.
The only issue IS on feont a primery school thatvstatt 07;00 and very noisy(if you need wake Up later, put ears block)

The cleanliness and facilities of the hotel are not as good as expected in Korea, but the location and value for money are good. The facilities are a bit old and seem to be preferred by locals rather than Korean tourists. Location-wise, it's a great location, but if you want a high level of cleanliness, I recommend looking elsewhere. The desk staff is friendly and I recommend it in terms of cost-effectiveness, but it does not provide the above-average hygiene that Koreans desire.
