I have experienced the service here many times, and each time has been wonderful. The villa is located near the city center, yet the price is very reasonable. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The staff and receptionists are very enthusiastic and attentive, down to every detail from the water bottles to the neatly folded blankets, sheets, pillows, and even the impeccably clean floors. A major plus is the beautiful views from both the front and back of the rooms. Overall, the service here is comprehensive, which is why every time I come to Da Lat, I usually stay here. Sometimes I feel so relaxed in the room that I don't even want to go out because every corner is a perfect spot for relaxation. Additionally, the toilets are quite spacious. In short, if I have the chance to return to Da Lat, I will definitely choose this place again.

During my recent solo trip, I never felt lonely thanks to the cheerful and attentive hotel manager and staff. The room was clean and had an incredible view. The hotel's location is convenient, close to the city center yet just secluded enough to offer a peaceful setting near nature. There are also many lovely cafes and restaurants nearby, so I didn't have to venture into the bustling center. I highly recommend Moon Hotel to anyone visitng Dalat!
