Everyone ! I recommend this hotel in dalat , Staff really really gooddd , kind and nice service , they help me as fast as they can when my room have some problem. Also Some costumer near my room opened speaker so loudly and I called reception. They come to solve it so fast even though that girl not stop to open 😅 but everything it was so good to me , nice location , near cafe and bus terminal. Before I will move to another place I forgot my phone but reception cute girl who wear glasses gave back to me , I can’t remember her name but really thank you ㅜㅜ I love here and I will go too visit there again if I have chance 🫶🏻🙏🏻

Hotel location... Ambiguous, more than 4km from the city center
Hotel view.... Booked after reading a review that said the view provided during breakfast was spectacular.. However,,,,, it's just a mountain village scenery,,,,

I booked a city view on Trip.com.

There weren't many accommodations that could accommodate six people, but I booked the New Life Hotel because it was reasonably priced and looked clean, and I was very satisfied.

We had a huge problem with hotel room allocation.
I booked a deluxe double room with city view for 2 nights through Trip.com almost a month before moving in. However, the reception showed me a room with a street view in English, which I couldn't understand, but they gave me a room with a view of an alley where the noise of motorcycles was loud, rather than a room with a clear view of downtown Dalat, which was literally the main purpose of booking this hotel. I immediately complained to the reception that it was not the room I had booked, and they insisted that the street view room was correct. If you want to upgrade to city view, you have to pay an additional fee. So, when I checked and showed the reservation voucher, they now absurdly told me to resolve the matter directly with the reservation agency site, i.e. Trip.com.
I protested strongly, saying it was nonsense, and only then did they call management and give me a free upgrade. First of all, I was the one who was disappointed, so I said ok and walked away, but I can't shake off my unpleasant feelings. They're looking at me as a total care worker. The deluxe double room I booked has no street view other than the city view, and the room initially assigned to me was probably the cheapest room in this hotel. There's no doubt about it.
I think they tried to take advantage of the fact that they couldn't communicate well with each other and steal the room from Dumbtang or Good. After reading about this hotel, there was someone who posted a similar case. If you are reading my review, I recommend that you check the room assignment carefully when making a reservation and make sure that the room you reserved is the same as the actual room. I have been traveling to Vietnam several times on my own, and the people there sometimes have a bad habit of hitting on travelers.

1. The location is far from the city center, but it was nice that there were no motorcycle/taxi horns because it was away from the city center. I took a taxi all day and it didn't even cost me 10,000 won, so I think it's okay in terms of transportation.

A hotel that will make you curse yourself for booking it after seeing the view mentioned in the blog.
I paid extra for a premium single, but they gave me a standard twin and told me it was the same room, which is ridiculous.
The towels were like rags, the bathroom door wouldn't close, the heater in the room wasn't working so it was cold, and the staff had no intention of solving any complaints.
I've traveled a lot, but this is my first time staying in a hotel like this.
I just threw away the money.
Breakfast is also the worst.
I really regret making a reservation. I almost want to complain to Trip.com to see if this is okay.
