There was a hiccup when checking in. Hotels could not local our booking number from Trip.com but it was resolved after some wait. Rooms was clean and breakfast was good. Please avoid the local crowds on their peak traveling period as it could turn out to be very rowdy and noisy. Overall this is not a bad hotel. Thank you

Road construction was underway around the hotel. It was inconvenient to walk around with dust, but the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and nice. Breakfast was especially good. If you are wondering where to stay, I recommend this hotel.

The staff were wonderful especially at breakfast. They always had a smile.

Stayed 4 nights. Good location, away from the hustle and bustle of the night market area yet just a short, leisurely 10 min walk away in cool weather. Comfortable bed and big room and good housekeeping. Room was well-cleaned each day. Reception staff were conversant in English and answered all our queries about the shops in the vicinity well. Also like to commend Mui the security personnel at the hotel entrance for his cheerfulness and helpfulness. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is located in a good location about 10 mins walk from the main square. The hotel is old but recently renovated. I had a big room with balcony facing the road. There is much horning of big vehicles in the morning . My other friends had the rooms facing the opposite side . They hear dog barking continuously throughout the night . Breakfasts served were decent. There is a Highland cofffee place in the hotel.

Dalat is a difficult place to work out what a good location is, but this is a good one. It’s on a street with lots of restaurants and it’s an easy walk to the night market.

nice Hotel, like the hotel and services, no problem. no complaints.

Good staff and good location.

The Ability of English of the hotel staffs looks not good but they were friendly. So miscommunication happened many times. But location is not bad(Actually no good scenery/no perfect location in Dalat) Spa was good. But the rest was so so to me.

Helpful staff, great and clean place

Location near the center. But the road section of the hotel is under construction, lots of dust, noise everywhere. Soundproofing is not good Cleanliness is okay, stayed for 2 nights but did not serve enough drinking water (they saw there was 1 bottle of water left so they only provided 1 more bottle, they should have provided 2 bottles per day, including shower gel) Breakfast has many dishes but the menu for 2 days is not diverse. There are dishes that are the same as yesterday, personally I do not like the taste very much Friendly and quick staff
