New hotel in Dalat. Room was good. However, there was a smell.

The location of the hotel is only 10 minutes away from various attractions by grab. The surrounding area is quiet. There are several good Western restaurants nearby, and there are also several authentic Vietnamese restaurants within a 5-minute walk.
The hotel has a bowl of Vietnamese Pho for breakfast every day, with different ingredients every day.
The hotel staff and security guards at the door are all very friendly and courteous. In particular, there is a lady named Mai who speaks very fluent English and can also speak Mandarin. She is very enthusiastic about helping guests. She does not want tips for her. She is very happy to help guests, which is really rare.
The room is large and very clean. The only thing is that the soundproofing of the room is average. You can clearly hear people talking when you walk out of the corridor from the isolated room.

It was a very satisfactory hotel. It was nice that it was quiet as it was a bit far from the city center. The service is very good and it is easy to take a taxi, so I think I will use it often in the future.

It's a place that pushes forward with a high-end concept, and it's very good.
The breakfast is disappointing, but it's newly built, so the facilities are really worth the price.

A very clean and beautiful hotel, but the shower did not work in the room, or rather only the top one worked, which is not very convenient

The bed quality is good though the smell of comforter was a little strong for those who are sensitive with senses like my friend.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, they showed us places that local people go to and give advices if we should go there.
We tried Mi Quang and Bun Ca for breakfast and they are pretty good.
However, here are some things even though small but I believe they should be improved to give a much better experience for the guests:
1/ The bathroom drain was not good, and there should be a divider between the shower and toilet area to stop the water coming from the shower to the toilet area.
2/ The towels were not clean, we spotted dirty stains.
3/ The public bathroom in the reception and restaurant are was not clean. I know it’s hard but it would be better if the men and women areas are separated.

Great experience here, highly recommended! Perfect location very close to all attractions in Dalat. Special thanks to the receptionist for giving us notes and beautiful and attractive places while in Da Lat. They also provided excellent service throughout the stay. The check-in experience was quick and easy and the room was modern with all the latest amenities and clean. best service 10 points

All the staff care was the best, the friendly service from the room staff and the warm welcome and help from the reception girls. The room is spacious and clean, decorated in a classic and modern style. Breakfast is very delicious and diverse from Vietnamese to European dishes. Highly recommended. We had a wonderful vacation when we stayed at Le House Dalat. The location is also very nice in the center of Da Lat city
