Pros- Spacious rooms with Netflix. Comfortable bed and lovely view. The room had a hot tub and was a reasonable price. Cons- hand held shower, no where to place the shower head that came with hot tub. Sauna in a king suite didn't work- didn't heat up and door doesn't close. Didn't feel welcome by staff at all, in stark contrast to the warm approach received else where in Vietnam. Very poor sound proofing, even though we were on the 5th floor we could hear a lot of noise in the hall way and reception area late at night/early in the morning.

It was a few miles from downtown Dalat so needed to rely on taxis to visit restaurants etc. or perfect if you have own transport. But gave it 5 stars for the kind and caring staff, thankyou Leo who could speak fluent English and for the lovely new rooms and very comfy bed. Cheers from Jenni (Australia)

Okay for the trip. Room is clean. Service needs to be improved. Location is far from the center but comfortable. The price is also good, not too expensive, just a little cheaper. The plus point is that the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Will visit next time if I have a chance to visit Dalat.
