Hi recently I went to Dalat for the 10th Dalat Flower Festival. I stay at TTR Skypool View Hotel from 3rd to 8th Dec 2024. It is near the centre market and the lake where the festival was held. The weather is cold in morning and night with cool wind in the afternoon. Beautiful flowers and scenery. Overall cleanliness of the hotel and room is very clean. Would recommend this clean and safe hotel to tourists.

Room was great, however online it states the room has a balcony & aircon which it did not. Overall really good location & the room was very comfortable.
The pool is on level 2 not level 4 like we were told.

I don’t know if it was because I didn’t give a tip, but I was placed in a corner on the first floor. There were no windows and there were no doors to the bathroom or bedroom. The whole room was dark and damp, a bit like a prison. It seemed to be connected to the staff dormitory. It was very noisy and seriously inconsistent with the pictures. . Not very recommended

If we talk about this hotel, then this hotel is very terrible there is a lot of mold, we ran away from there when we looked at the room, but the problem is that it was Saturday and we could not cancel the room and when we came to check in, they told us that our room was given to others and said that you can pay this amount and we will move you
So they provided us with another hotel for an additional amount and this hotel has mold

The Laundry service is super bad they will wash your colour clothes with your white and they will ruin your clothes and put the blame on you. staff irresponsible I’m really rude !!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone as i will never return even if they give me a free stay. so I highly recommend if you are thinking to book this place please think twice!
