2 days 1 night trip with family at Villa Tea Resort Prenn hotel. The receptionist is very friendly, check-in support is very quick. Electric cars transport guests very comfortably and conveniently. The restaurant is spacious, with many delicious and family-friendly dishes. Will come back every year!

Shin Villa Đà Lạt - một trải nghiệm trên cả tuyệt vời. - Vị trí Shin cách trung tâm Đà Lạt 5~8 phút chạy xe máy, nên cũng khá thuận tiện cho việc di chuyển. - Toạ lạc trên con đường Hoàng Hoa Thám với nhiều quán cà phê chill chill hiện nay. - Phòng ốc ở đây chia làm 2 khu: khu khách sạn và khu Bungalow, phòng ở Bunggalow khá riêng tư, bày trí ấm cúng, đầy đủ tiện nghi và trang thiết bị cần thiết: đặc biệt là có cả bàn ủi, áo choàng tắm và bồn tắm. - Hướng nhìn bao quát cả 1 góc đồi thông, yên tĩnh và khung cảnh yên bình. - Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình dễ thương. Giá thuê xe máy tay ga là 130k/ngày. - Ăn sáng thay đổi mỗi ngày, mình ở 2 đêm, 1 ngày ăn nui và 1 ngày ăn bún riêu. Nhà hàng nhìn ra thung lũng rất đẹp. - Sảnh chờ trang trí khá ấn tượng và bắt mắt, nhìn rất thích. Sẽ quay lại Shin trong thời gian gần nhất. Unnecessarily inconvenient. I rate the 4person room with balcony. Pro: The place ist nice and quiet, feels luxurious, good bedsheets, nice sunset view. Some piano (tv) sound comes from the lobby. Nice Ambiente. Good value for the price. This is not the city center, you take a grab to go somewhere, place can be found as ”d house” on Google maps easily. Many power outlets, space, tables and some chairs and 2 mirrors in the room. The bedsheets are thick, only 2 sheets for 4 persons but I guess it's for couples. Con: The indoor slippers hurt my feet with every step, there are many steps to level -2. Cannot take them off because the floor is cold. When going to toilet or shower, you must bring the toiletpaper, towel, shampoo clothes etc from your room, lock your room, bring your keys, ... *** you need an orgachart and checklist just for taking a poop. Light cannot be switched from bed, and when entering the room you must first reach behind the door. After 8pm you need to fiddle a bit to open the gate. No wifi information stored in the app or in the room. Super Inconvenient, hire someone to improve the flow(i.e. japanese person)!
