You can see a panoramic view and the feeling of openness is the best.
Highly recommended for those who like big windows!

Since it's newly built, it's clean and especially has a view of the restaurant where you eat breakfast.

The rice noodles were also very delicious. Especially the chicken!

Excellent customer service from all staff.Room was almost new and very clean.Breakfast was good.Omelette station and PHO soup station were nice touch.For the price of $32 definitely worth it.My suggestion is to put cup and teaspoon on table for hot cofffee.Overall,room and stay were good. Breakfast staff Minh and Chuc and Le ,and Tuan were all great! Phuc And Uyen in reception area were very helpful.Luggage’s was delivered to our room.Motorbike rental (150,000Viet)was arrange by Uyen.Their motorbikes look newer and no need to stress out to find rentals.You can park it in garage overnight with NO extra charge.Makes our stay in DALAT very convenient.You definitely need the semi-automatic motorbikes to visit Datanla Waterfalls(Alpine coaster) and do some loops. Good points: 1. Location: Close to the city centre but at the same quiet at night. 10 mins walk to the night market. Close to many restaurants and shops. 2. Friendly staff 3. Very clean. 4. Think blanket is provided as Da Lat is pretty cold at night. 5. Every bed gets its own light, two power points and a long shelf. 6. Get a nice view from the balcony. 7. Room is spacious and bed is comfy. 8. Nice design. Bad Points: 1. No separation of shower and toilet. The toilet all turns wet after shower. 2. The rubbish bin in the WC should be cleaned everyday as the toilet paper cannot be thrown into the toilet bowl. 3. Security : The use of ”key” for the elevator is quite stupid for the dorm room. First of all, all of the dorm rooms are not locked and can be easily accessed by the outsiders by using the stairs. So, actually the dorm rooms are not secured at all. But, at the same time, the hostel add a ”security system” for the elevator where the key card for the elevator can only access to the ground floor and the floor you lived in. This means you need a ”key card” whenever you need to go to your dorm room/go down (but at the same time the dorm rooms are actually not secured) which makes it inconvenience to me . So, I suggest either remove the key card system for the elevator, or add the key card security system directly on the room of the dorm room. 4. The room is very dark at night. 5. It will be great if the they get egg option for their breakfast.

The location is excellent. The staff are friendly.
The cons is its small size of toilet. There is not much room to turn around once inside and it’ll be a disaster for overweight guests.
Its design of two sliding doors closing at the diagonal point is not admirable and the sliding doors hardly close!
The worst part? The bathroom light beams thru the glass door (though designed blurred) separating it and the bedroom!!
Maybe good for one person but definitely no no for 2 to share!
Hesitate to come back.

Very nice brand new hotel with very elegant fascia and decorations. All staffs are very nice and attention to details (from the front desk receptionists to very down to earth General Manger Mr. Le). The hotel offers very nice breakfast with so many options to choose to suit any tastes, however the coffee (already made in a pot which was not hot and not fresh) is well below par and certainly can be improved with at least one or two coffee machines similar to other 5-star hotels. The 25m swimming pool is very clean and warm, however be careful as it is slippery. The Spa which offers both hot and steam sauna as well as excellent masseurs is highly recommended. The room rate is very competitive. We definitely will be back!

This was our first time in Dalat, and luckily found this lovely boutique hotel. The mix of French and Oriental vibes gives it a unique, Instagram-worthy charm, great for check-in lovers. Polite and friendly staffs. Hotel amenities are modern and spotlessly clean. We got a room on the 2nd floor, and it was just so roomy! You might hear a bit of city buzz at night if you're a light sleeper. That's not a big deal as you are right in the city center. Hotel breakfast is buffet affair with good taste, but the variety of choices might leave you wanting a bit more.

We were introduced here by our driver. Perfect location very close to all attractions. Especially the manager provided excellent service throughout our stay. Overall, the staff is welcoming. At the beginning, a situation arose that I booked a room with a window, but received one without a window. But the guys corrected the situation the next day and overall, the hotel is very pleasant. I often have to go back to Dalat for work. Short or long business trips are often booked by the company's administrative staff, & often placed at hotels in the city center, near Da Lat market. At first, I still stayed in the habit, but then I felt a bit wasted, when I came to DL but stayed at a place not much different from Hanoi or SG - city hotels, without the unique features of DL. So I decided to find a hotel with its own nature but still ensure that it is not too far from the center (1 some beautiful, natural hotels/homestay but close to Tuyen Lam lake area, very far from the center - about 10km, suitable for relaxation, not suitable for business trips) & in the company budget of about 1 or less. Hoang Loc is really a right choice, making my business trips no longer boring and boring but a little more interesting. The space of the LDP-style grass garden is very cute and lovely. Hosts must be very interested in taking care of each plants and equipment. The staff is very enthusiastic and cute & especially everyone's name is Linh, very cute ^^ If you need breakfast, you can order separately. The menu is not too rich but it's a good choice if you want to experience the feeling of having breakfast in front of the green garden in the morning, feel something1Very Da Lat2

TThe ExcursionistCam Ly Homestay in Dalat offers a memorable retreat with its warm hospitality and stunning views. Although I encountered a minor issue checking in during booking, Trip swiftly resolved it and even followed up to ensure I had settled in comfortably.
The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking views from my room. I was treated to a picturesque view.
Conveniently located, Cam Ly Homestay is just a short distance away from the famous Crazy House and within walking distance of other attractions. This makes it an ideal base for exploring Dalat and immersing yourself in the local culture. The homestay's strategic location allowed me to easily access authentic cuisine and experience the city's charm.
Given the chance, I would have extended my stay without hesitation. Cam Ly Homestay's blend of warm hospitality, gorgeous views, and convenient location make it an irresistible choice for anyone visiting Dalat. Be aware that the home stay is about a 45 minute drive traffic dependent from the airport. Instead of using local taxis, download the Grab app and apply a discount for the best way of traveling there. Also be aware that you will pay extra for toll fees. Also be aware that the car can only drop you at the bottom of the alleyway. You’ll need to walk the last 10m uphill. JJaxzEnglish Language - 5/10 stars. Compare to Ho Chi Minh City hotel staffs, Sandals Camellia’s proficiency is basic but still acceptable and good with me. Because if you travel to the other shops around the hotel buying stuffs or having a meal it will be even worse! Only a few shop owners can converse in English and many aren’t patient in communicating though they are still friendly and approachable.
Price - 10/10 stars. Dalat City Hotels seems very much competitive against hotels at Ho Chi Minh City. For the price paid, the service, amenities and breakfast compared I like it the best and very much better! If you’re not into Vietnam shopping, you should visit Dalat instead! For me I’m a nature and scenery lover! Dalat highly recommended over Ho Chi Minh City!
Service - 6/10 stars, basic taxi calling service is there. But unlike Ho Chi Minh City hotels, there’s no Hotel Tour Service. Most of the staffs aren’t also very familiar with all the places of visit either, but they are all very approachable friendly and helpful, and try their best to google information for you for instance the address. If you visit Dalat, you’ve to ownself conduct homework at home before traveling there on what places of interests to visit. Also google doesn’t tells every single places of interest in Dalat. You need to ownself travel to the tour office to book a local taxi driver, whom then has the knowledge of their own city, he’ll will guide and show you and recommend you places around Dalat. But prepare to learn some Vietnamese as many tour drivers couldn’t communicate in English but fret not, as google translate is your friend and everyone there has a smart phone. The Dalat people are mostly jovial, approachable and friendly.
Breakfast/Food - 10/10 stars, Excellent I like it! I’m a buffet and Pho lover. For the price paid I’m extremely satisfied!
Bed - 9/10 stars, didn’t gave it a perfect 10 score rating as I’m a person who prefers thick and hard pillows.
Aircon - 7/10 stars. Acceptable. The Aircon is working good and cool enough.
Toilet - 7/10 stars excellent! There’s warm water readily available, and ample showering lotion and shampoo, and other basic toiletries. The water from the handheld shower head is good and nice not weak flowing. However the missing 3 stars is the likelihood of a very wet bathroom floor. Basically it’s a Walk-in Shower design however it’s build as Curbless. The benefits of having Curbless is to benefits elderly and senior tourists who require mobility aids such as wheelchair the ease of accessing the showering area, and no risk of playful kids running and tripping over the Curbed, therefore Curbless is safer and better. Problem is the slope of the floor don’t seems right… the floor of the shower isn’t lower than the rest of the bathroom therefore water isn’t easily contained within the showering area and kept spilling to the rest of the bathroom floor, making a very messy toilet, unless you take special care to use a less strong spray and ensure you don’t accidentally spray outwards to prevent mini ponding to the rest of the bathroom floor. Also as mentioned earlier the Shower Head has nice strong spray, the drainage floor trap can be a little floody as water isn’t drained out fast enough…
Sound Proofing - No comments….. 3/10 stars. Unfortunately I’ve encountered very noisy neighbours during my stay, who slam their doors as they enter and exit their rooms even late at night. Also since the hotel is situated near a busy road, you can hear lots of horning and motorbikes speeding by even at night.
Other amenities - no reviews for mini bar or laundry service as I didn’t use them.
Overall rating - 7/10 stars highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis is second hotel I tried in Dalat. It is a very lovely villa style hotel. The overall design is simple gorgeous from the lobby to your villa (room) I am staying at villa 5 which is very near to the lobby. You don’t need to use the cabby service & I prefer to walk so as to enjoy the peaceful environment. Pls note there is no lift and my room is on the 3rd floor which is the highest. The room is very spacious and pretty. They are using UK/US power points which are available on both sides of the bed. Do note that one of the power points has been used for the alarm clock but you can easily remove it. For the bedside lamp, it is using touch sensor. Have fun trying to turn it on and adjust the brightness. There are 4 mineral water bottles (2 inside the bar fridge), 3-4 type of tea bags to choose from and coffee too. Toilet and shower are separated. The water pressure is strong and have constant hot water. They provide refillable nice bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion too. Though there is air conditioning, I can’t control which later is fixed by the technician. However, it is still not that cold even it is 20 degree, more like 25-26 degree. I don’t like hot temperature and my “sensor” body can tell the coldness of the room, haha. Wanted to open the window as it is so much cooler. Give up the idea as I am more worried about the mosquitoes. Suggest to put a mosquitoes net so that we can open the window. Woke up every nights as I feel so warm using the blanket. Nevertheless, the staff are very helpful and eager to serve you though some may not be fluent in English. The toilet looks pretty but the basin area is just too small. My toiletries bag will get wet when using the basin The breakfast is very delicious and many varieties to choose from. Try to avoid peak hour from 7:30am to 8:45am. You should try their 1929 Lobby Bar, they are delicious too. Overall, I have a good stay and my girlfriend is happy and my positive energy fully recharged! Highly recommended!

Pro:
The place ist nice and quiet, feels luxurious, good bedsheets, nice sunset view. Some piano (tv) sound comes from the lobby. Nice Ambiente. Good value for the price. This is not the city center, you take a grab to go somewhere, place can be found as ”d house” on Google maps easily.
Many power outlets, space, tables and some chairs and 2 mirrors in the room. The bedsheets are thick, only 2 sheets for 4 persons but I guess it's for couples.
Con:
The indoor slippers hurt my feet with every step, there are many steps to level -2. Cannot take them off because the floor is cold.
When going to toilet or shower, you must bring the toiletpaper, towel, shampoo clothes etc from your room, lock your room, bring your keys, ...
*** you need an orgachart and checklist just for taking a poop.
Light cannot be switched from bed, and when entering the room you must first reach behind the door.
After 8pm you need to fiddle a bit to open the gate.
No wifi information stored in the app or in the room.
Super Inconvenient, hire someone to improve the flow(i.e. japanese person)!

AAnonymous UserI booked a dormitory bed. Check on at 14:00 but John allowed me to keep my bags in front of the reception. The location is ok, there is laundry on the right side of the hostel around 200m. They provide hairdryer and clean towel. The bathroom is clean, they also provide shower gel with shampoo. They also have common space at the first floor.
Negative: the dormitory is not a room, the is no door. So anyone can come and go.. the is no personal locker. The overall hostel conditions is not ‘tidy’ as they having renovations on going. I didn’t get any sleep because the other guests are coming in and out, walking, talking on the phone, there is also weird ‘slapping’ sound at 5am for 10-15 minutes (i have no idea what that was) all this noisy are at 2-5 in the morning. The person staying next to my bed came back at 3am.. they absolutely don’t know how to do things quietly. Maybe the owner should remind the guests during checkin. Given the price, its still ok. So, if you want a good sleep, book the private room instead.

SScenic704466It can be said that this hotel is amazing for sure. This is the first time for our family staying here, we are very happy with service in this hotel. From Bell to Reception are good and friendly. They are willing to support whenever you need. The wifi is free and good. The restaurant on 5th floor and it is very clean. The restaurant staff is nice and friendly also. When you have a short trip to Da lat, i think this hotel is the choice for you. Although this hotel is not too big, but it is very warmly and comfortable. Highly recommend it.

MMM_153The hotel looks old colonial style with many antique artifacts. Most of the area were dirty nobody is taking care. The owner should hire a person to take care the beautiful artifacts, cars etc. it’s very rare pieces. We stayed for 2 nights but our room nobody clean it even we hang the signage outside our room while we go out almost half day from 13.00pm and came back to our room at 21.00pm. And when we mentioned then staff did apologize. Have many staff I saw but no one maybe do patrol the room, mostly I saw relaxing. Breakfast for two days only noodle soup and the same fruit. I believe that Dalat supplies fruit to most of the region in vietnam but here only served rotten banana and vietnam apple. Seem like nobody supervised staffs when working. I when out to buy fruit very cheap. Your hotel is so good but no quality in food and beverage as well as the service PS: I like your antique collection

GGuest UserThe hotel was so adorable! It truly felt like we were in a little fairy village. We arrived a little later in the evening, and the owner, who lives on site was very welcoming. My only downside to our stay was the bathroom. There is no shower curtain, so the water literally gets everywhere. I’m not sure if the smell of urine was coming from the drainage or if it was leaking somewhere from the toilet. Either way that was the only real issue we found. The beds are not very plush so be prepared. Also if you’re like me, and don’t want to leave your physical passport at the desk the entire stay, be prepared to pay 1M VND, to hold as security(you’ll get it back if you have no damages). I wasn’t prepared for that so it took me a little aback. All in all we absolutely enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for us. On the day of our departure, the owner called a taxi for us, which saved us almost half of what GRAB was going to charge. If we ever return to Dalat, we would absolutely stay here again!
