Their proactive approach and assistance made me feel confident and well-prepared even before my arrival. During my stay, the staff continued to impress me with their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and exceeded my expectations. The event hosted at the hotel was equally outstanding. Shalini and her team ensured everything ran seamlessly, from the setup to the catering. Every aspect of the event was managed with great care and precision. The venue was beautifully maintained and well-equipped, providing the perfect ambiance for the occasion. Overall, I’m incredibly pleased with the level of service provided at every stage—from pre-visit planning to the stay and event execution. The place itself is nice. They tried to provide excellent service until we got Food Poisoning. The night staff was helpful and they got the doctor (Dr. Vikram Shetty) to come in the middle of the night, and he is amazing. He saw us the next day at the hospital to run tests and IV and called us many times to ensure our safety. In the morning the GM was very bad. He totally denied their responsibility, even though we only ate and drank at the hotel and pinpointed a specific drink, after which the nightmare started. So, with a high fever, after a sleepless night in the bathroom, definitely wanted to be treated differently. Other than that, the hotel and service by regular staff was great. If you are concerned about the noise, don't stay on the riverside, despite the wonderful views, including crocodiles and birds due to noise from kitchen fan, especially at night. If you are used to different noises, then enjoy the view.

A good hotel near Dharmasthala temple. Rates are on the higher side but worth the money. Restaurant is also good. Food is tasty & rates are reasonable. Staff are courteous too. Since it’s six kilometres from Dharmasthala temple, you need to have your own vehicle or tourist car. I couldn’t see any Autos. It has a spa too. If you want to stay in a hotel without the noise around a temple then this is it.

Superb hotel with spacious rooms- clean, comfortable warming welcome by the great staff in duty. Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in mangalore after I left to UK 18 years ago without the heed of hotel. Adyaar plaza is one of the greatest choice Nice restaurants and public transportation to get to the heart of the city which is vibrant. Breakfast at Annapurna was excellent and room door service by Raju was great. Raju is extremely hardworking and well attendee Reception staffs are great and knowledgeable that takes you through the checkout procedure waiver as before. I have been given all the information during my stay to visit all places around mangalore. Cleaners were attentive and details are magnificent. Water running all time and hit when needed, the hot water works excellently There was no problems in getting any help. The internet is fast and accessible in all the rooms. The room sizes are magnificent and large with larger beds. The water bottle is eco friendly, clean and tasty and it was a great compliment unlike any other hotels. Everything is available at the rooms and TV is fantastic that displays all channel. The location is memorable and marvellous and windows are great in rooms. Bathrooms are location The checkout procedure are great Lifts are spacious and safer to use. I can definitely recommend the rooms to all my friends from England.
