The rooms are spacious but the bathroom is very basic. The shower gives hot water in a trickle and it just finishes in a minute. There is no restaurant in the hotel and one has to go down to an adjacent restaurant which is no good. There is no room service for breakfast. The hotel is at Adyar which is a distance from main Mangalore.

I have been frequently visiting mangalore in recent past to admit my kid to expert pu college, i wanted accommodation which is near to college, well kept, hygienic, no frills, good hotel. Tried couple of options in padil gate and also in city. I was not that happy, during my last week visit, i booked this hotel and it met my basic expectations. There is good veg hotel, bakery, pizza joint, medical store at ground floor and decent parking place as well. Rooms are basic, clean with ac, hot water, lift, tv, wardrobe. I do recommend this hotel for family and business travellers, who just need basics as m mentioned.

I have stayed in adyar plaza inn for 3 days in padil mangalore, this was the second time we were staying in this hotel we liked it. Closer to railway station and easily accessible to road as well. Staffs were polite and friendly. I would recommend for a pleasant stay in this hotel.
