What an experience! match none, I have to say that the stuff, house keeping and everything was just mindblowing. Many thanks go to the travel agency Famous transport, the way they arranged everything from scratch was amazing, special thanks go to Said who smoothly fit all our desires ! What a gentil person! This place is perfect for digital nomads. The co-working space is well designed and so inspiring, and the internet is super fast for such a remote location. We are far from the crowd of Laguna, but yet it is super accessible, as the hotel has shuttle buses that can drop you off in Laguna, Dakhla City, and the airport. Food is delicious, and rooms are suitable for short- and long-term stays. The team is so friendly and is here to help 24 hours a day. Beside that, it is super grounding and healing to just be living by the ocean for couple of days enjoying the sunset and sunrise in the Sahara.

I can only summarize my stay at Selina as HORRIBLE, this SCAM should be removed from Booking, it is the worst accommodation I have ever been in my life. The hotel was DIRTY in general, the room had not been cleaned, the light did not work, the bed was full of sand, the shower full of hair, there was no gel or toilet paper and everything was full of flies. It took several hours to give us a new room. The common areas were full of sand, the hammocks and cushions very dirty and the tables full of dirty dishes that took hours to pick up and full of flies. Breakfast and dinner were VERY BAD, and there was hardly any food for the guests, neither cutlery, the glasses were all dirty, we ordered food from the menu and they told us that we could only order one dish from the entire menu and it also took more than one hour to serve. For personal reasons we had to leave 3 days earlier than planned but they charged us for the entire stay. We have claimed our money incessantly, but they do not give us a clear answer, we know that most of the guests LEFT the hotel due to the conditions.

Location good. Service terrible. The hotel lacks any kind of managment I can see. Staff nice but inattentive. Have to search out people to take your food order and then wait ages. Frustrating and disapointing. Selina brand if you are reading this - spend the money and invest in a decent manager - you can’t run a hotel from afar. Apart from poor restaurant service - the little chalets aren’t cleaned everyday so you end up with loads of sand in the room by the end of your stay. You’ve just opened but get your house in order cause staying here you need to be on valium 100% of the time - which sort of defeats the object of going on vacation.

Excellent service and amazing people. There is a meeting room where you can do your conf calls peacefully and go straight to jump in the amzing swimming pool. The food is excellent, and if you are a fun of Yoga, there is a dedicated place for this strange activity :-)

TO FLEE !! One week stay, unsanitary room, almost empty buffet and with insects in the food. Following this catastrophic stay we were promised a full refund, I have been fighting for 6 months to get contact and a refund and I still have nothing. We were potentially told that it would ultimately be 25% of the stay and not the whole thing! A real disaster!! Go your way!

The Selina hotel is located about 40 minutes from the city of Dakhla, totally isolated. It is made up of bungalows and common spaces, such as coworking and a TV lounge. The bungalows with modern Moroccan decoration are comfortable, especially the bedding. The rooms are clean, cleaned daily. We came for peace and quiet, and we found it during the low season. Except for one detail, on Saturday 11/25/2023, the restaurant transformed into a nightclub, even before the end of our meal, without any communication with customers. Around a hundred outside people participated in this evening. The music rang out until 5 a.m. on the 26th, with loud voices and fights...our bungalow being close, we spent a sleepless night! Damage ….
