位置是不錯的，在沙灘旁邊。但是這房間真是太一般了，跟住家差不多。價格高，還難定呢，吃的也吃不來。一般般。衢山島就這樣，沒辦法。海挺藍

環境∶在景點涼峙村，民宿門口就是一片沙灘，風車觀光平台就在背後的山上，遊玩很方便，很適合親子出行。
設施：民宿裝修比較新，推薦三樓的套房，房間很大，隔音好，有落地窗，可以看見風車和海，小朋友歡呼雀躍了一整天。
服務：提供中晚餐，味道很不錯，可以讓老闆配菜，有想吃的也可以讓老闆採購，人均價格建議提前和老闆説好。

已經第二次住這家民宿了，房間衞生乾淨整潔，老闆一家人都很好，感覺像在自己家裡一樣，菜做得非常好吃。性價比高，物有所值，已經介紹好多朋友去他家住了，都評價很好👍👍👍

老闆人很熱情，家裡應該是剛剛裝修好的，衞生乾淨，環境優美。唯獨吃飯價格感覺有點辣。4鮮1素1湯¥400塊，沒有農村經濟的感覺😄
