Очень хороший отель на острове Дайшань. Приветливый персонал, заселение прошло быстро, без всяких задержек. Красивая территория отеля с видом на море. Номера чистые и уютные. Бесплатная подземная парковка. Отличный завтрак с большим выбором блюд, плюс свежесваренный кофе, что является огромным плюсом.

酒店海景房很大親子房有很大的陽台，還有個小沙坑，可惜去岱山那天天氣不好，沒法到外面遊玩，酒店服務也不錯，早餐也挺豐富的

8日晚上入住，3個房間浴室熱水極小、水温也不熱，放水10分鐘才勉強迅速沖洗完畢。9日中午，剛跑馬回來，頂着一頭泡沫，居然熱水停了，打電話給前台才告知在搶修。奉勸大家切勿踩雷，有設施卻沒維護，請選擇其他酒店。

開元的酒店真的是越做越差了
廁所衞生真的是無言表達 馬桶蓋都是尿漬，不知道該怎麼處理 一次性墊子用的都覺得臟
房間地毯上也都是頭髮…
早上的早餐味道也不好 港榮拆開包裝也上…品種也不多
挺失望的住宿感 廁所拉低一切…

至親去世，心情很差本想出去散散心，選擇了這個酒店，結果弄到心情更不舒暢，入住酒店以後從外面回酒店，胳膊上戴着靈花，我一進酒店大門，禮賓服務員就把我叫住了，説讓我把這個靈花摘掉，當時我就很生氣問她你説什麼，她很嚴肅的又説了一遍讓我把靈花摘掉，當時我就很氣憤我就反問她了，你們開元酒店有明文規定説佩戴靈花的人不能進酒店的嗎？這時酒店的領導過來了第一時間不是來跟我道歉，而是來狡辯，説他們服務員不是這個意思什麼的，這個服務員全程都在笑完全沒有道歉的意思，，後來直接跟我説是我理解錯誤了，説各個地方風俗不一樣，説他們這邊是不用戴這個，後來我就説我要投訴他們，她們才開始道歉問我想怎麼處理，説要麼給我房費免掉，我説不需要，然後她們就問我想怎麼處理？是那種質問的語氣，呵這就是你們處理的態度嗎？到目前為止都快一個月了，酒店方一個明確的態度都沒給過，對了，當時我還打了開元集團公司的電話投訴，結果他們説衹能把這個問題跟岱山開元反應説他們集團公司給不了處理結果，呵，建議各位選酒店的要慎重
