The counter is not very English, but very kind and the service is very good. There is a large supermarket about 7 minutes walk from the hotel. We stayed in mid-August, but unfortunately we couldn't participate in the Daqu Flower Spark Festival at the end of August. The hotel should be difficult to book that night.
