We stayed in July 2024, Tidy and clean rooms, friendly staff and managers. The only flaw is not being able to eat there because the kitchen is not working at the moment, this detail should be communicated when booking.

Young owners full of great projects to make your stay in their facility even more enjoyable, such as the sauna and hot tub. Excellent value for money. Rich and varied breakfast, very clean and priceless view.

4 out of 5 only for some flaws in the structure of the room, which however has a splendid view from the balcony, large bathroom with window and bidet. Very clean linen. Breakfast absolutely abundant and with top quality food, with a choice also for celiacs. Excellent coffee!! Compliments to the young managers, very kind and available for every request.

I arrive in the morning, the place is closed, you have to call, a gentleman answers and very calmly tells you that the room is delivered after 4:30 pm because they have to clean it!!. I go for a walk and at 4:30 I show up, they give me the keys to the room and I find a small room with a double bed wedged between 4 walls, I asked for a room with a balcony but the bed is so wedged that the balcony window does not open completely because it hits against the bed!!, on the other side to access the bathroom I have to be careful that there are no slippers of my partner near the bed, otherwise I have to step on them!! What can I say about the bathroom!! a chemical toilet is more spacious!! the shower was so small that for the first time I had to take a shower without washing my body under the basin!, (luckily I'm not fat!! I get in the shower, I try to bend down but I can't do it!! I have to opt for a waterfall wash, the soapy water that came down after washing my hair washed the underside of my body), what about the toilet to sit down I have to calculate the distances between the shower cubicle, between the wall and the mini radiator!! I have to be careful not to get my knee stuck if you have to do a big business it's better to go to other facilities!! Bathroom with no windows or extraction, basically you have to let the smell go into the room and open the balcony window!! I chose the facility because the reviews said the facility had an amazing pizza service!! Too bad that when I booked I wasn't told that the pizzeria/restaurant is no longer there!! I swallow the bitter pill and let it go, I don't want to ruin my holidays!! I'm on holiday!! I spend the night sleeping little (from the ****** that is there), I do not complain hoping that the awakening will be better!!, (breakfast times are from 8.00 to 10.00), around 8.10 I go down to the dining room expecting a Trentino breakfast (sweet and savory everything in abundance) upon my arrival I find, an almost non-existent buffet (I wrote almost because there were 4 packs of yogurt, 2 pieces of torte), you have to ask for the croissants, you have to ask for the Nutella, you have to ask for the cappuccino, practically everything you want you have to ask for it! Remember to ask for a knife and teaspoon otherwise you will not be able to have breakfast!! There is Wi-Fi! Too bad it does not even upload photos on fb! I close by saying that I do not know how to quantify my evaluation because the PORTAL DOES NOT ACCEPT the UNCLASSIFIABLE vote!!, I only say that I did NOT leave only to NOT ruin my holidays!! I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER GO BACK AND I WONDER HOW THE TRENTINO REGION GIVES AUTHORIZATION TO THIS STRUCTURE!!!
