性價比很高，經濟實惠，提車很方便，酒店臨近紅水河，開窗就可以看到河景，沿江邊修了綠道，非常有利於跑步愛好者，但是早上和晚上有大媽跳廣場舞，比較吵。

酒店位於廣場旁邊，雖然位置便利，但酒店免費停車場較難尋找。下午和早上，廣場上全是跳廣場舞的人羣，非常熱鬧，可能會對希望安靜休息的客人造成一定影響。

設施比較簡陋、老舊，但價格便宜，地段也蠻好，江景房看到的江景確實美麗。缺點是比較吵，大爺大媽唱歌會唱到12點，早上七點又開始了…停車是停在馬路上的劃線車位，酒店出停車費，這一點還蠻好的。
