優缺點非常明顯，先説優點：這個價位含早餐還可以，房間夠大，裝修比較新，洗手間有乾濕分離，有電動窗簾，但是我估計怕有熊孩子會損壞。缺點隔壁樓下就是KTV操，還有一個就是隔壁河道沿岸，很多跳廣場舞的，從這個廣場舞的噪音可以看得出，當地的幸福指數是非常高的，廣西最近這幾十年經過國家的西部政策傾斜，還有廣東的對口幫扶，變化非常大。這兩天去了馬山、隆安、大化這幾個縣城，感覺都非常不錯，乾淨整潔，市場超市豐富，特別是馬山的鄉鎮都比較乾淨，真是令人羨慕。就是有一些城中村的自建房建得比較亂，握手樓比較多，南方縣城的通病。

乾淨整潔，熱水及時，寬敞明亮，經濟實惠，值得擁有，停車也方便，對面廣場有免費地下停車場
早餐相對來説簡簡單，但是這個價格來説也湊合夠了，房間是不錯的，第一印象比較好，就是江景房晚上會相對來説有點吵，廣場舞，其他滿分

對面就是個廣場，窗户一點都不隔音，每天晚上都有大爺用廣場音響唱歌超級吵，然後一到早上必有大爺又早早在廣場用大音響唱歌，早上完全不能睡懶覺，想睡晚點起根本可能，必被吵醒，住着就三個字，吵，難受

因公事出差大化需住兩晚，因看簡介是23年開業而誤入該黑店，請大家一定繞道而行。
具體如下：
1、環境：旁邊是KTV隔音不好，吵！
2、設施：一般
3、衞生極差！第一個晚上換了兩個房間，因為床上有頭髮，床單臟。第二個晚上，發現床上有蟲子。5隻細微的爬行蟲子。2隻半顆米粒大小會飛的黑蟲。合計7隻蟲子。
4、服務：要多差有多差！沒見過前台及老闆娘有過笑容。就第二晚的蟲子事件來説。至今，沒跟我説過一句哪怕是不好意思，對不起。我都可以諒解。完全沒有歉意。説是他們衞生不過關。把責任推到我，説服務不了我，我太挑剔。第二晚8:45打電話讓我退房，我退！在還房卡的時候，前台沒人。老闆娘看到我下來。沒有主動説辦理退房。坐在大廳蹺二郎腿玩手機，直接説，把卡放那裡，你快走吧快走吧。是在趕我快走！做服務行業傲慢不講理的態度！我是第一次見！而且不主動退我按金。還是我問了兩遍才操作。我問他有蟲子是不是他們的責任，他説衞生都搞得好好的，很好了。我還是不滿意，服務不了我。請問，老闆娘你願意花錢跟7隻蟲子共渡一晚嗎？還威脅我説，有本事投訴他，給他差評他都不怕！太猖狂！大家自己品，有必要花錢去受罪嗎？既然做不了服務行業就不要做！蟲子的視頻及照片我還保存着。
別的暫且不説，老闆娘的態度很惡劣，***，***！就不值得大家去體驗了。
花錢買快樂不香嗎？何必要入這坑。請大家繞道而行！

房間敞亮乾淨整潔，床品舒適，早餐都是老闆娘親自做的，衞生可口。老闆娘屬於那種不善言表熱心腸的人。連住4天挺滿意的，對面地下停車庫其實挺方便的。

房間夠大，衞生乾淨整潔，設備設施齊全，窗簾還是電動的，小孩很喜歡，位置也在中心城區，停車也方便，唯一遺憾的是隔壁就是一間KTV而且隔音效果不是很好，有點吵，不過我們可能玩了一天的原因躺下就都睡著了。所以也沒受什麼影響。早餐也不錯，就是品種有點少。

房間很大，很乾凈，看着很舒服，窗簾也是電動的，對這個價位來説很好了，而且還有早餐，種類也多，紅豆粥很好喝，早餐喝點很暖胃，但是也有可以更好的地方，比如窗外臨街，所以窗户隔音可能要再好一點，然後停車位可能要給客人講得更清楚一些，避免繞行，總的來説，還是很滿意的！
