Upon arrival only one clerk and he was answering 20 questions for a caller. Had to wait until he got off the phone to check in. Roomi thought was clean at check in was not. The following morning when opening the blinds we saw ants crawling along the base of the wall near ac unit. I notified front desk before leaving 5 minutes later.

Everything was clean and it is in a very convenient location,Walmart, TjMaxx, chick fil a, IHOP etc. right in the same shopping center basically.

The bed was not comfortable. The shower was a,walk in but if you layed the safety mat fow it caused water to run into the floor Water in bathroom sink had no cold water

The staff threw cold water on our visit .... When we checked in Thursday night, the desk clerk did not mention there was no hot water. Friday morning when we wanted to take a shower and there was no hot water. I called the front desk and the clerk acted like it was a new problem and he would "check to see if maintenance was in to check on it." That was deception in my book. I found out from other guests afterward, there was no hot water early Thursday night and there were people complaining to the front desk about the problem then. No follow up was offered after my call. I checked later in person and the desk clerk only said, "I'm sorry." During breakfast, there was a room full of people in the breakfast area, and many were mentioning the lack of hot water in their rooms. When I asked again about the issue upon checkout asking to speak to someone in charge, I was told there was no one to talk to. I left my number for the manager to call me, but no call happened. We've stayed at this facility almost annually since it was built. Service has noticeably deteriorated since those early days. This was likely our last visit.

When we tried to take a shower at night, there was no hot water, so I consulted the front desk, but they said they would have someone check it out tomorrow and that they couldn't help us today. Even if they checked out after we checked out, there would be no benefit to us.

The front desk attendant was polite and made the check in process very quick and reminded me to call if I needed anything so my stay was basically perfect & I will stay next time I'm in town.
