Dirtiest hotel ever stayed. Staff bad attitude and food is terrible. Don’t pay for this hotel. Never ever!

We were on a family vacation and had a wonderful experience at the Swiss Inn. It is not on the ***** with most of the hotels but it was a very short taxi ride to get there. The service was good. We had a wonderful experience at the pool, beach, and at 4 of the restaurants. We also had a positive experience at the spa, gift shop, and asking questions of the employees. If we ever return to Dahab, we will be returning.

The hotel has a beautiful view and the beach is excellent with soft white sand. The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. It was a pleasure staying here and will definitely come again

Nice hotel

Everything was good, except that the driver who called a taxi from the hotel to Sharm Hotel was a bit emm. The hotel said the driver wanted 50 dollars (I gave 30 dollars + 1000 Egyptian pounds). We had to leave before sunset and I wanted to watch the sunset on the way. As a result, the driver stopped at a small shop near the Dahab checkpoint and said he wanted to drink coffee. I drank this coffee and browsed my phone slowly for half an hour. I urged him twice and it was dark before I left. (He was not in a hurry because he knew I was not going to the airport.) As a result, the hotel in Sharm asked me for money and said I had to pay at least 10 dollars. He said he thought I was going to the airport, blabla, and the hotel only gave him 30 dollars, blabla. He yawned on the road. I was afraid of driving fatigue and talking to him. He cried poor all the way. Finally, he asked for money... I said I called your colleague and I clearly paid the equivalent of 50 dollars. So you still have to pay me 10 dollars. The old man didn't say anything and left. He is really greedy and stupid.

It's OK, very close to the dive shop

The hotel was Paradise, but Trip.com didn't pay the hotel, so I stood outside and waited for 4 hours ^^ Sad reality.... If you can take into account the 4-hour wait... If you do, you can pay first and ask Trip.com to pick it up later. Then you can double pay $200 for $100 for the hotel.) Maybe there is a system error, or all other hotels around the world are this way, but only Egypt It can be toxic sensitive! Be sure to know this before going, because 4 hours during a precious vacation can be really disappointing!

Amazing place and all staff it’s friendly specially mr . midahat he is very helpful, friendly and lovely, Every thing in this hotel awesome from the pool , sea , rooms ,food and The atmosphere it was very lovely Thank you Swiss in group ……………….

Fabulous holiday,super clean and super friendly staff,they do their best to make your stay a pleasent and memorable one.Food is delicious, different varieties everyday and every meal as well as high quality.was my first time to Dahab and to Swiss in but will be my place each time I think about holiday.Will be back next summer

Very quiet place and friendly staff.. Rooms are clean and the view was great the food was so delicious specially the dinner. They had variety every day of different food. Wasn't a fan of the bakeries but the rest was amazing. We had to talk to chief osama and thank him for the delicious food.

Mr Essam has gone above and beyond to remove any nuisances, not only that but his continuous follow up is greatly appreciated. This resort has secured its place in our yearly visit to Egypt.

The hotel is very nice breakfast and dinner are very good rooms are sea view and clean beds are comfortable staff are very friendly polite and honest Beach and mountain scenery are fantastic 4th time to come here and will come again Every thing is legendary Advice every one to come here

The hotel was perfect for a family stay. The stuff deserve 7 stars rate! The food was amazing and fits everyone. The location is just fantastic. Beach is very lovely and the sea is calm and suit swimming. 5 minutes driving away from downtown. Strongly recommend it!
