We were on a family vacation and had a wonderful experience at the Swiss Inn. It is not on the ***** with most of the hotels but it was a very short taxi ride to get there. The service was good. We had a wonderful experience at the pool, beach, and at 4 of the restaurants. We also had a positive experience at the spa, gift shop, and asking questions of the employees. If we ever return to Dahab, we will be returning.

The hotel has a beautiful view and the beach is excellent with soft white sand. The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. It was a pleasure staying here and will definitely come again

Everything was good, except that the driver who called a taxi from the hotel to Sharm Hotel was a bit emm. The hotel said the driver wanted 50 dollars (I gave 30 dollars + 1000 Egyptian pounds). We had to leave before sunset and I wanted to watch the sunset on the way. As a result, the driver stopped at a small shop near the Dahab checkpoint and said he wanted to drink coffee. I drank this coffee and browsed my phone slowly for half an hour. I urged him twice and it was dark before I left. (He was not in a hurry because he knew I was not going to the airport.) As a result, the hotel in Sharm asked me for money and said I had to pay at least 10 dollars. He said he thought I was going to the airport, blabla, and the hotel only gave him 30 dollars, blabla. He yawned on the road. I was afraid of driving fatigue and talking to him. He cried poor all the way. Finally, he asked for money... I said I called your colleague and I clearly paid the equivalent of 50 dollars. So you still have to pay me 10 dollars. The old man didn't say anything and left. He is really greedy and stupid.

The hotel was Paradise, but Trip.com didn't pay the hotel, so I stood outside and waited for 4 hours ^^ Sad reality.... If you can take into account the 4-hour wait... If you do, you can pay first and ask Trip.com to pick it up later. Then you can double pay $200 for $100 for the hotel.) Maybe there is a system error, or all other hotels around the world are this way, but only Egypt It can be toxic sensitive! I had a great week in the hotel. I booked a single room and it was very spacious and included a double bed. I opted for the all-inclusive which was great - three meals per day plus drinks mainly in the impressive beach bar. The staff, without exception, were unbelievably friendly and helpful. Special shout out for Ahmed and Omar in the beach bar, Youssef the waiter who kept me plied with white wine, and Mohamed who looked after my room (470). The wifi also worked well too. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
