One of the coziest places to be in dahab, everyone there is so friendly and you feel like you are a part of a family. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly. They have events happening all around the week so you never get bored and you always meet new people and make new “Rafikis” It’s not just a place to stay it’s a community.

Rafiki Hostel is an absolute gem, combining clean, cozy rooms with beautifully designed communal spaces where travelers quickly feel at home. The staff make this place truly special – Roba, the event manager, organizes fantastic group activities like game nights, music sessions, and trips that bring everyone together. The combined trip to Blue Hole, Abu Galum, and Blue Lagoon was a highlight, seamlessly arranged for an unforgettable day of adventure and relaxation. And let’s not forget Reham, the incredible cook who serves up delicious, home-cooked meals that are full of flavor and love – her food alone is worth staying for! With its warm atmosphere, ideal location near the beach, and the perfect balance of relaxation and social vibes, Rafiki Hostel is the ultimate place to experience Dahab.

Rafiki is easily one of the (if not the) best hostels I've ever stayed. I extended my stay multiple times - classic Dahab - and will be back. Great atmosphere, clean, supernice staff, cool events, delicious breakfast: would 10/10 recommend.

This was my first time at Rafiki, and it definitely won’t be the last! I really enjoyed the place, and the Rafiki team was so friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect the place is always clean. Special thanks to Gouda and Mohammed for making it this clean. Even though I was traveling solo, I didn’t feel lonely at all. The vibes here are amazing and encourage you to connect with others. This was my first solo trip, and while I felt a bit confused during my first few hours, it quickly became easy to bond with people. I’ll never forget the St. Catherine hike it was absolutely incredible! Don’t miss it, guys; you’ll love it. What’s even more fun is meeting people for the first time and feeling like you’ve known them forever. I’ve already made so many unforgettable memories. The food is delicious! Chef Reham is amazing,kind and friendly and you’ll enjoy a fantastic breakfast made by her. Don’t miss the family dinner, where Chef Reham cooks a special meal, and everyone eats together at the hostel. It’s such a unique and warm experience. I still have two more days here, and I wish I could extend my stay, but unfortunately, work calls. Thank you, Rafiki, for the wonderful experience! Thank you, Layla, for your patience and lovely reception. She was the first person I met at Rafiki, and she was so friendly! You can ask her about anything, and she’ll always have an answer for you. I’m really going to miss all of you, thank you for making my stay so special!

My Experience at Rafiki Hostels in Dahab Initially, I had reservations about staying in an 8-person dorm, worrying about privacy and the idea of sharing space with strangers. However, upon arrival, all my concerns vanished. We received a warm and cheerful welcome at the reception, setting the tone for our stay. The dorm was impeccably clean, and every detail in the hostel was lovely and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the toilets were spotless. The staff at Rafiki Hostels are exceptionally friendly, cheerful, and always willing to help. A special mention goes to Mama Reham, the queen of the kitchen, who prepares delicious meals daily. Her breakfast is something to look forward to every morning. ❤️ Ruba, Shahd, and Zak also made our stay unforgettable. Their amazing hospitality and friendly nature truly enhanced our experience. Overall, Rafiki Hostels exceeded my expectations and made my stay in Dahab truly memorable.
