The room was quite tidy, but the power went out around 8:00 pm on the day of check-in. When I asked the beautiful woman at the front desk, she said she didn’t know when she would be able to call. This service was so dizzy. Oh my God, I lived in a dark, airtight, and hot room ( What should I do if I grab a windowless room online? Anyway, bad review. The service attitude is very poor.

雖然門面不大，但前台服務很是周到貼心，幫助換房等等都儘量滿足我們老年人的要求，讓我們感到很滿意。樓下就有幾家餐館，附近還有美食城，不遠處有大型充電站，感覺還是不錯。房間很有特色，面積不小，衞生間乾濕分離，還帶個榻榻米茶室，很有趣。

酒店位於百里杜鵑普底景區附近核心區域，吃飯、交通相對方便，房間設施、衞生好，服務可以，有點小遺憾，我們3月17日去沒有看到杜鵑花（今年花期延後十多天）但我們看到了雪景，也很有收穫的，以後有機會再去百里杜鵑看花。

因為出差路過貴州百里杜鵑，沒有想到這個地方還有一家性價比不錯的酒店。因為報銷標準本來訂的無窗房，但沒有想到還免費升級了個有窗的房間。酒店前台服務熱情温馨周到，房間內整潔乾淨床品舒適。是一次不錯的入住體驗。

1.房間隔音差，房門縫大，被安排在走廊第一個房間，都能聽到每個人的腳步聲。
2.房間衞生差，在花灑，被罩，地板都能看到有頭髮，沒有清潔乾淨。
3.衞生間裝修差，淋浴間瓷磚排水不是往地漏傾斜，導致水全部從門檻石縫滲漏到外面。
4.早餐品種少，味道一般，這也就算了，在用餐高峯期碗筷準備不充分，明顯是上一波客人用餐後沖洗，來不及消毒就給下一波客人用，關鍵是碗沖洗還不乾淨，不敢吃了。
以上為如實描述。雖然4月是花期，可以接受漲價，但是同等價位在附近有更好的選擇。
