環境、衞生什麼的還可以。但令人不滿意的是明明免費延遲至三點退房，他們總裁卻説延遲至兩點三點退房要補錢。根本不拿攜程會員的一些權益當回事！

訂了一晚馨雅酒店客房，因睡眠障礙，前台服務和當班客房服務人員一直幫忙找安靜房間，直到滿意為止，很感動！房間空調是格力的，新安裝的，很好，安靜！

很滿意的一次入住體驗，房間空間大，採光好明亮，設施很齊全，位置優越，打車大概15分鐘就可以到高鐵站了，周圍吃的也非常多，酒店前台服務也特別的熱情，給我們倒茶水，還幫我們提了行李，剛來到大方的時候，外面天氣不是太好，然後前台小姐姐很熱心的提醒我們這邊有免費的雨傘可以借用。這一個小小的舉動就已經，感動到我了.想的非常的周到，入住體驗拉滿非常好，強烈推薦。前台小姐姐還免費給我升級了房間，真的是人美心善。

服務員會主動打招呼，非常貼心，店裡裝修非常有特色，大廳適合拍照，非常不錯，而且酒店設施也很齊全，下次過來繼續住這!酒店兩側都可以停車，停車位也很多，非常nice，看到評價還不錯就來了，確實跟大家誇的沒有出入，希望店家繼續保持噢，環境非常不錯，服務也很周到，房間衞生乾淨，前台小姐姐們服務態度好，性價比真的很高，而且交通非常方便，大家可以來體驗!性價比超級高，問題處理非常及時，確實沒得説。😊

這家酒店絕對是我在貴州旅遊的意外之喜。酒店設施都是新的，沒有故障或者臟亂的問題，環境非常乾淨，也非常舒適。大床軟硬對我剛剛好，枕頭也很軟。衞生間非常乾淨，熱水充足且温度穩定，有吹風機和浴帽。

酒店住的非常好，環境也很好。隔音也好很滿意的入住體驗，大廳環境優美，前台小姐姐服務也很熱情，還幫我們免費延時退房，有免費的停車場。出行也很方便，衞生乾淨整潔，位置優越。交通便利，位置很好繁華。
