위치가 일단 성심당 근처라 대박이에요 시설도 괜찮고 가격도 착해요 욕조도 있어 좋아용 잘 예약한 거 같아 만족합니다

사장이라는 사람이 손님응대를 그런식으로 하다니 손님이 화가나서 컴플레인 거니 자기도 똑같이하네요 뭐라하셨죠? 그럼 환불해달라고 그자리에서 말하지 얼굴보곤 말도 못하다가 가고나니 말하냐구요? ? 제가 그소리에 넘 화가나서 아저씨라하니 똑같이 아줌마라고 하는 분 서비스업 하시는거 맞나요,?? 손님보고 불만있어도 말하지말라는거 아닙니까 손님이 불만있어서 전화할수도있고 잘 설명드리면 됩니다 근데 이건 뭐 딀때로 되라는식으로 아주 무챡임하게 대하니 너무 화가났고 원하는게 뭐냐해서 주차비 달라고 했습니다 제가 첨부터 주차비 받을려고 전화했을까요 ? 말 예쁘게하세요 ... 트립닷컴은 자기 소관아니니 거기에다가 따지라고 하는 말이 진짜 그 시설 사장님 맞습니까 난 모른다, 손님 알아서 하세요 어런식으로 하실거면 차라리 전화를 받지마세요. 상당히 기분나쁩니다 호텔이라는데 이런 곳이 있다니 놀랍네요

전날 늦게까지 술 마실 예정이라 늦은 퇴실인 곳 찾다가 3시 퇴실이라 예약했어요.근데 1시에 퇴실하라고 전화와서 3시 퇴실이라고 어플에도 확인이 된다고 했는데 본인한텐 1시라고 뜬다며 나가야 된다네요.굳이 돈을 더 써서 늦은 퇴실방을 예약한 의미가 없어져서 기분이 많이 상했습니다. 숙소 청결도나 위치는 좋았습니다만 재방문 의사는 0%입니다.
