I felt a little uncomfortable from the situation where they answered the phone before I checked in, and since the free cancellation period had passed, I had no other choice but to stay.
I contacted the accommodation because the room was completely different from the picture, but they only responded that it was the brokerage's problem and that the accommodation was not at fault and that they didn't know.
