如果連續住每天退房和入住的幾小時要加20000韓元，代理給酒店打電話讓我接的，代理答應可以免費退。結果後來平台和代理商串通説退不了，代理商説沒答應退，客服就2小時2小時拖着你，你自己就住了，現在平台和代理商是一起的，不會向著消費者。房間內部就一個毯子，沒有被子，穿着衣服睡了一天，房間裏燈紅酒綠挺好看的，有正規服務，自己想吧
