They did not have the aircon on so they told us to open the windows. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable there. We went for an event that was planned months in advanced but they ran out of the food so we did not get all the courses we were supposed to get.

It’s a hotel that I have been visiting since 2006. The service is getting worse and worse to be honest. This time during the stay, I had to change room at 1:00 A.M. due to electronic panel issue… Can’t believe this kind of incident could happen in a five star hotel.

The hotel has good facilities and rooms.
However, the location and cleanliness of the parking lot, which is far from the building, are very disappointing. It was especially inconvenient to have to go to the hotel building in the rain when it rained.
There were no umbrellas placed around the parking lot, so the service was inconvenient.

The river view from the room was excellent, and there was a 24-hour convenience store on the first floor, which was convenient and friendly. It was disappointing that there was no notepad or pen in the room.

Overall it's good, but the location is not good. Not suitable for tourism, but suitable for vacation. There is a bus station next to it. It's a little far from the subway station. Overall the room is fine. But in summer, there are always small flying insects on the window screens. Sometimes there are too many.
