Good location, facilities...looks rundown and dirty.
Only the bed sheets are clean.
It was cold because I was put in a room with a broken air conditioner.
The lock is an old type, so security is a concern.
You can't use Japanese electrical outlets, and there are no USB ports.
Noise: I could hear a lot of good voices from the next room, and there was karaoke and heavy bass until late at night, which made it uncomfortable.
