It's pretty new hotel. Room is spacious. Surprisingly rated 2 stars as I found it should be at least 3 stars hotel with the facilities and nice service. But still need to pay attention about the cleanliness. As we found a bunch of hair on the shower floor and there are some stains on the sink. Thank the kind receptionist who gave us some nice recommendations.

When booking the room, we confirmed that we would check in at 14:00. When the front desk gave us the key card, there was someone inside the room! This was the first mistake.
I went to the front desk, but it was delayed until 14:40 and we still couldn't check in. We didn't get it until we complained to Ctrip. This was the second mistake.
The front desk had a bad attitude and had no professional training at all. It was very annoying. This was the third mistake.
