As I was looking for a 0.5-night lodging near Lotte Mart as my last accommodation in Da Nang with my kids, this place caught my eye😊 The facilities were clean, the staff were very friendly, and I loved that there was Lotte Mart right in front of me, a 1-minute walk away! Haha. Since it was the last day, everyone was exhausted and needed a place to rest, and this is the perfect place. The bedding was so soft and cozy that the kids fell asleep right away after washing and changing their clothes. Thanks to that, I had a good rest. lol I wanted to go to Sun World and the night market visible from the window with my kids, but I gave up because I fell asleep. Friendly staff who allow you to check out at any time. We told them in advance that we would check out at 10 o'clock, but the Grab was scheduled too early, so we woke up the kids, packed our bags, and rushed out, forgetting to leave my husband's card behind. The staff came by and checked once more, so I was able to get my card. Haha. I almost took Grab again and came back ㅜㅜㅎㅎ Thanks to the very friendly staff who moved all my luggage, I was able to finish my last trip to Danang well😊👍👍 The location is so great that it was great not only for 0.5 nights like me, but also for 1 night! Next time I come to Da Nang, I will definitely stop by again haha.

Super clean, safe and friendly! …but it’s a bit from the beach/restaurants. I hired a motorbike which was very convenient, but it only takes 10-15 min walking to where all the action is. Rooms are big, the bathroom too and the view over the Ham river from the balcony at night is very nice. Minh speaks perfect english and can help and guide you. Huyen is also great, ever smiling.

Good cozy resort with good beach in front. Good service at restaurant & housekeeping. Front desk tries to push limits. We were perhaps given the worst possible sea view room first but then changed after we complained. Late check-out tp 1pm was also a negotiation.

The hotel offers a breathtaking seaside panorama, with the beach just steps away. The staff, from front desk to waitress and housekeeping were constantly helpful and friendly. Our only drawback was the late night noise from the nearby funfair which kept us awake until early morning. While the breakfast buffet had a good selection, it lacked options for protein rich foods and local delicacies. Overall this hotel is a perfect place to have a good holiday.

Because of its great location, I always book this hotel when I go to Da Nang. I only used solar calendar birthdays, so I didn't even think about ***** calendar birthdays. For my birthday, give me a cake first. You created a memory that I want to go back to again.

The hotel is quite nice but the service is not really good especially in the restaurant at 4rd floor. I think the hotel was fully occupied during my stay. There are lots of guests during 0830 at the restaurant. The waiter checked my room number and let me go. I have to find a table by myself. The utensils were put inside a stainless baskets and we seemed like we are taking breakfast in the fast food shop. All crowded and the environment is completely not like a 5 star hotel. Very bad experience in these 2 days at breakfast time. But the choices are many, but not special. There is only 1 coffee machine in a restaurant which serve more than hundreds of guests. There is a coffee corner which provide coffee, latte but only VIP will be served. My friend asked for a latte made by a staff named Chinh ( maybe wrong spelling) but her reply was this was serve to VIP, not you and you could get your own by coffe machine. I really can't believe this is a 5 star hotel service. Besides of the Eatery restaurant, other facilities like sa, gym, swimming pool, sanua are quite nice to me. You have to go to the spa where provide good service at not expensive price, very beautiful environment and sea view. I think the management should improve their service and try to upgrade the service in the restaurant.

First day, the hair dryer is not hot and I requested them to send a moveable dryer and they sent someone to repair the hair dryer. By the time the person fix it my hair was dried. Second day, I was so disappointed as after I showered and I wish to use air dryer and the hair dryer totally not working and I need to call them again. They sent someone to change a new one at last!

Firstly, the staff at this hotel are wonderful. They are SO helpful, caring and accommodating. We appreciated their help and interactions. The hotel has a beautiful and welcoming foyer and pool area. The rooms are lovely, a great size with excellent showers and bathroom. The location is walking distance to the lovely beach and there's plenty of eating options around. I really wanted to love this accommodation but there were problems. First and foremost is the functions held that dominate the place. One took over the entire main pool with a stage covering the pool which meant guests couldn't use it for nearly two days. This left guests using the roof pool that is neglected and had no towels. There was never enough pool towels. Everyday, we had to wait while staff went looking for pool towels. The private functions are loud and if your room is near them, you then have to listen to the late night banging and talking while packing up. Breakfast is good but if you get there late, they are slow to replace items or not at all. Two mornings, I missed out on bacon, ham and croissants and had empty coffee pots. There are a lot of Asian options and beautiful fruit and the normal egg station. You won't go hungry. The beautiful Lady running the breakfast room is absolutely second to none. Her genuine interest in your comfort and day was heart warming. Overall, the staff here are 5 stars. The accommodation is 4 stars. I would definitely stay again and loved Da Nang.

The staff are really nice and helpful Susie! She is amazing and also a guy who was one of the staff( I don’t know his name) he is really helpful , the hostel it’s really clean and nice fitness, swimming at the rooftop also a bar , great view up there , I came with my friend and we really enjoyed while we stayed there , the location it’s really nice many restaurants around easy to walk not too far to walk to the beach 10/10 I recommend!!!

Now my family are spending wonderful time at Da Nang Vinpearl resort & spa. Especially thanks to Tue Nghi, we were very happy on July 22 2023, which was my daughter’s birthday. Thank you again Tue Nigh and the manager of Monsoon restaurant for the birthday cake and the great song.
