Da Nang Hotels with Parking

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the assistance from the staff was excellent, and the breakfast was terrific. The location is very convenient, being close to popular eateries like Madame Lan, Luk Lak, and Korea street, as well as various spas. However, I was disappointed with the room. The TV was small, not a smart TV, and had very few international channels, with unclear pictures on every channel. The toilet arrangement was inconvenient with nowhere to hang the hand towel, and the door blocked the basin when opened. The bedside table had several scratches, and although I requested a hard pillow, I was only provided with a soft one. The soundproofing was poor; I could hear vehicles, especially motorbikes, from my room. Additionally, the hotel reused a stained and folded paper card as our room key, which felt unprofessional. Upon check-in, there was no one to greet us or assist with our luggage.

Altara suite is perfect ! The location is located at a less crowded area so it’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. Staff are all very friendly and helpful during the stay! Accommodation was clean and nice comes with a nice balcony with sea view! 🌊🌊🌅 Gym was spacious and have a great city view from above! 🏋️ Roof top Swimming Pool is chill and nice!🏊♂️🩲 Breakfast comes with good selection! Most importantly it’s at the top few levels! So the view is awesom yo🍳🥐🍉 Definitely made the right choice to stay here! Check out Sơn tra night market for awesome seafood too! 🦞🦑🐙🦐🐟

We stayed in the grand suite.The True value of a hotel experience is not how everything is under ideal conditions, but how do they respond under difficult circumstances or even mistakes. I’ve stayed in many hostels and hotels across Vietnam and around the world, but this has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Let me start with the positives: the room was spacious, but unfortunately, that’s where the good news ends. The cleanliness was highly questionable. The sheets were stained, and I couldn’t help but doubt if they’d been washed at all. As a solo traveler, I was given a twin room, which provided the option of using two beds. However, both beds were equally dirty, leaving me with no decent option. The bathroom, while visually appealing, was let down by the subpar toiletries. The shampoo smelled like an overpowering, generic men’s product, more suited to a budget gym locker room than a guest accommodation. A neutral scent would have been far more appropriate. Additionally, there was no hairdryer in the room—a real inconvenience if you have long hair like mine. The provided slippers were oversized, clearly designed for men, adding another layer of frustration. While I was glad to have a TV, it was nearly unusable. The YouTube app, which was a primary reason I booked the room, wouldn’t connect, and the TV itself was slow and difficult to operate. All in all, what should have been a relaxing stay was riddled with small but cumulative annoyances. The worst part, however, was leaving the room and heading to the dining hall. Breakfast was a major disappointment. The options were overwhelmingly carb-heavy and catered mainly to Vietnamese tastes, with dishes like rice, noodles, and curry. For a hostel that presumably caters to international guests, it’s baffling that the breakfast options were so limited and unappealing to a Western palate. The dining hall was also overcrowded, with too many guests at once, including children playing on phones at full volume—a noisy and stressful way to start the day. Service was inconsistent and, at times, awkward. On one occasion, a staff member greeted me with “Namaste,” assuming I was Indian, which left me taken aback. Some staff were better trained than others, but the overall experience was far from smooth. For instance, I ordered sunny-side-up eggs one morning, which were available, but the next day, I was told they weren’t offered and was given overly greasy fried eggs instead. This lack of consistency and the apparent lack of training among the staff were glaring issues. The dining hall itself was uncomfortably hot, making meals even less enjoyable. Tissue was nowhere to be found, adding to the overall discomfort. I chose this place partly because of its location, which is conveniently close to many bars, cafés, and the beach. However, it was also advertised as soundproof, which couldn’t be further from the truth. The constant noise from other guests, particularly children playing with the doorbells and loud voices at all hours, meant I never had a peaceful night’s sleep. Being woken up between 3 to 6 am became a daily occurrence, and it left me exhausted and frustrated. In conclusion, this hostel was far from worth the premium price. The service, quality, and overall experience fell drastically short of expectations. Here I am, still in my room with blood stained sheets, on the verge of booking another place because I simply cannot stay here any longer. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Anh Pham & Tram Le What a wonderful stay with lots of challenges. Stayed at a few Hyatt Regency around the world and I have to say that Hyatt Danang is the best one regarding its service!! 1.) Few hours before our departing flight to DaNang, we found out that one of the visas has problem. We contacted the hotel at mid night and Ms Anh Pham from customer service tried her best to help me get it solved. It was quickly resolved and my family was able to arrive on the same day. We are grateful for Ms Pham's help, it's a blessings that got her help. 2.) the service is superb. Everyone is very helpful at any given hours. We appreciate Ms Tram Le's help on moving the villa, arrangement on moving to our next hotel, and all the tentative care. Tuan at the concierge is also very helpful and caring, always asking if we need anything. 3. Location is best. 20 mins to everywhere. Airport, old town and yummy eateries. 4. Breakfast: the coffee drink and pho are best. Totally worth of paying the extra. 5. The le petit chef dinner experience is very memorable for my daughter and me. Lucky that we stay at the Hyatt as we have priority booking our seats during our stay.

The PEOPLE! Everyone working at this hotel were very pleasant and helpful. Made the overall experience very enjoyable. The HOTEL! A newer hotel in a great location with amazing views.right across from the beach and very convenient to many walkable restaurants. Taxis were always available out front. We needed to extend our time in Da Nang for 5-days and booked this hotel literally last minute. It did not disappoint and the rooms were very comfortable. We had a two-bedroom and have plenty of space. Room was beautiful and well designed. No issues or complaints about the room. The SPA! The Spa had a 2 for 1 special that I took advantage of by getting the Vietnamese Bamboo 90-minute Massage and then the Hot-Stone 90-minute Massage. These were both AMAZING and the masseuse couldn't have been more friendly and wonderful. She was able to locate the pain points in my shoulder areas and focus on relieving the pain. Her name was Nhi, and I HIGHLY recommend her. The Restaurant and Bar were also very nice, although did not utilize them often. We had dinner the first night and we were the only people in the place. It was ok and the service was good. They were very pleasant and even brought our leftovers to our room for us. The bar on the top floor was great and had amazing views. Again, the staff were also very pleasant and attentive. Drink was great and the place was relaxing. I guess prior to me arriving there were over 30 guests from a tour group. Morning Breakfast was included and we took advantage of it every morning. This was very popular and they had a wide selection of food, fruit, juices and beverages. The staff would remember who I was and would ask if I would like another cafe sua da every morning. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. Both Western and Vietnamese food were available, with some items changing daily. Overall, the experience was great and I will definitely stay again when visiting. The only negative were the elevators. They have three elevators, and if you are needing one during a busy time, you could have a long wait. We experienced this one time when going to breakfast. As a note, there were many large tour groups staying at the same time we were, so they would utilize the elevators at the same time. Other minor touches: The front outside seating area is a nice space to enjoy. While out there one evening with my 2-year-old son, we were able to listen to the music across the street from a wedding. It was not obnoxious and was very enjoyable. I would also take my son for walks down the sidewalk across the street along the beach. He loved this and it was very convenient and enjoyable. I am terrible with remembering names and cannot think of everyone to recognize for being so wonderful and EVERYONE was great! Highly Recommend!

We enjoy staying at the Diamond Sea Hotel - the service is really good from checking in to checking out. Breakfast is excellent- everyday the selections are different - from fresh fruits, soups, fresh baked breads & pastries, omelet, eggs & everyday different meat menus.

The hotel is located within the Sunworld of Bana hill, I went there in December so it was really cold and rainy towards the afternoon. You can’t really see anything in the afternoon so make sure to go Golden Bridge in the morning if you plan to visit. Bring thick jackets, raincoat/umbrella and plan your trip well if you’re going during this period. For anyone planning to visit Sunworld I would definitely recommend to stay over for a night so you can avoid the tourist crowds, take good photos in Sunworld in the evening / morning and get 30% off your tickets to Sunworld. The theme park itself is dreamy with European vibes. The downside would mainly be expensive food (expected given it’s a theme park), small room and the weather.

I chose this hotel because the review was so high. Then it was worth it. We wish we could stay more but the trip was already planned then we had to go. About service : They are welcome with hot drinks when you come, Also the sky bar is working even though it's windy and no-one is there. Food : Restaurant on the second floor and they have everything that you need for breakfast. It's buffet Room : Clean, big bed, city view and ocean view through the window. I just couldn't ask more, because everything was there Especially thanks to Jammie and Apple.

The location of the hotel is great 😆, very near to cafes, Han Market and the cathedral. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful especially Ha, who helped us a lot and recommended many local food to us👍. Though no varieties on breakfast but it is still acceptable. We would like to stay there again for our next Danang trip.
