My husband & I stayed at Muong Thanh Luxury Song Han 4 nights & 5 days from May 28 to June 1st, 2023. Overall I would give a 3.0 rating for morning buffet. They had the new local specialty dish every morning. Other than that, other dishes are very limited, not too much selection. I would give them a 5+ for their customer service. We were looking for help to install a face shield for our helmet. Ngu-the name of the friendly bell-boy, who finished his shift and was ready to go home with his family. However, he was willing to help us got it done in 1.5 hour. Much appreciated for his assistance! I would give the hotel cleanness, room space & location a 5. I love the location of this hotel. It's a walking distance to amenities such as Han Market, Cho Con Market, the dragon bridge as well as many great local restaurants. The location is in the heart of Da Nang city. I would highly recommend you to stay at this hotel for your trip.

The location is a bit disappointing as there is nothing around, but rather, it has a calm feeling~ Breakfast was a bit weaker than expected, and the evening lounge was not as expected as I don't drink alcohol. If I went with my friends, I would have enjoyed drinking this and that, but it's a pity. Still, I liked it because it seemed to be good value for money.

It is located in a quiet upscale residential area. Therefore, although it is far from the city and the beach, it is quieter. It's the perfect place to stay in a cage, and best of all, the infinity pool illuminated by the neon lights of the amusement park's Ferris wheel is the most beautiful, and there's a hot spring bath. I think this hotel is a resort that can only be found here!

Very good hotel for the price. It's kind of trying to be trendy, cosplaying Moxy and the likes. The only problem I encountered was the ventilation: there was a very unpleasant smell in the room. The staff changed the room quickly and were very helpful and apologetic. Staff is definitely fantastic here! Regarding the room, it was small and pretty barebones, but clean and had great panoramic windows. One very important thing missing was the kettle. Fridge, shower and and WiFi worked great.

Good location with beautiful river and dragon bridge view. Unfortunately the balcony in the room was inaccessible due to its size (can’t even step on it) and because it wasn’t clean. The breakfast was ok, with good variety but best to get there early as once something is gone it won’t be replaced. The staff was friendly and efficient, they surprised us with a small cake for our anniversary and allocated a room with a lovely view in a quiet floor as requested.

It was my first visit here to Da nang city this is the hotel to come to, if you have any language barriers they are very accommodative! This is the hotel manager! She showed excellent professionalism with superior service! I speak English my cousin speak French we are in Vietnam and they made wonderful accommodations with no problem or hesitation.

I spent 3 nights here with my daughters. We had a fantastic stay and I couldn't fault any aspect. We took one of the suites on the top floors with which we had the use of a latge private lounge with computer access. We were informed that we could have 'snacks and cocktails' here in the early evening but this turned out to be a wonderful array of self service food and drinks with extremely helpful staff in attendance. Breakfast was the same - supurb Vietnamese dishes alongside more western fare - cereal/ pastries etc. The staff were extremely friendly, charming and attentive. The reception/ foyer area is large and airy and opens on to the small but pleasant pool where you can easily while away a couple of hours. A restricted but adequate menu of food is available in the foyer or you can done in the spacious and elegant ground floor restaurant. One floor of the hotel is given over to beautifully appointed massage, spa and wellbeing rooms with step in baths, marble floors and beautiful wooden finishing. We enjoyed several massaged during our stay and I think they were unrivalled anywhere else. The hotel is situated on a little promontory overlooking and slightly removed from the city. You are that bit removed from the congested streets and traffic pollution of Danang. You can (and I did) easily walk in to the city centre. It's a 30 - 40 minute walk across the bridge. Otherwise a Grab/ taxi will get you there in 5 - 10 minutes for a very small cost. Whether on business or travelling this is a really good hotel. It's part of a well respected global chain but it has its own distinctive feel. Highly recommended.

This hotel is in between Da Nang's International Airport and Dragon's Bridge. We like it that it's especially close to the Han River because we can get a good view from the hotel's bar and were treated to Fireworks due to Da Nang hosting the International Fireworks festival. The hotel's service was wonderfully hospitable, where we were greeted with chilled lemongrass drink and cold towels to refresh us amidst the afternoon heat. Breakfast spread was satisfying - only we had Vietnamese food, there were other international dishes such as Korean and Indian. The bed was comfortable, but the pillow was too soft for me. Gym was small but had the basic essential equipment to fulfil my cardio and weight training. I wouldn't mind returning to this hotel for a 1 night stay.

First time here in Da Nang and was quite jittery about the whole experience here. Not sure whether the people here understood English or are they friendly or is the hotel safe or not. But this hotel has provide an experience so good that we have some confidence about walking around Da Nang. When we took Grab and set foot at the hotel doorstep, the bell boy came rushing out and assist us with carrying the luggages to the receptionist. The receptionist Luna and Bee was also so good to give us a free upgrade for our room. There were even welcome pineapple juice drinks. Didnt have this experience so far with the other countries. The room was spacious, clean, hygienic, bright and modern designed. Not the kind of old hotels that’s dark, stale, rundown and traditional looking. In room service food was decent and affordable as well. Also this location was pretty close to the con market, han market, and son tra night market. About 10-15min walk to each place. There was a stone bathtub too. Rather heavy and solid. The only down is that it is not cement to the floor so it will actually rock to and fro when soaking. Last but not least, tv channels was okay too. Most of the channels are Vietnamese and only some is in English. Otherwise, everything is very good!

I arrived late at night, but thanks to the friendly staff, I was able to check in and relax comfortably. I booked a room with two beds for a family of three, and the room had a slight view of the beach and was overall clean, so it was nice to spend a night with my child. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. It was well stocked with basic toothbrushes, cotton swabs, soap, etc., and the water tasted good. The breakfast food was simple and all delicious. Although the breakfast space is small, the time zone is wide, so there is no difficulty in using it. The staff are all friendly and proactive in providing guidance, so I was able to use it more comfortably. The currency exchange shop, wooden restaurant, fruit shop (Mimi), and Mike Beach are all within walking distance, and it is conveniently located in a good location where the cost of using Grab is low.

Thank you for changing the shared shower room to the individual shower room free of charge. It's a good system to carry the key with you, and it's nice to be able to enter and exit from the side passage without passing through the lobby. The only problem was that the air conditioner didn't work. Well, even if it was 30 degrees during the day, the room was comfortable, so it might not be necessary all year round.

me and my family went to vietnam to travel and stay at eden plaza hotel danang from June 30 to July 3 and received a warm welcome from people here, entered the hotel space is a large and clean campus, the hotel has a very spacious and clean outdoor swimming pool in addition to a children's swimming pool that is very suitable for families when coming here. We booked a superior room and wanted to upgrade the room, the hotel side supported and gave us a very good price, the breakfast food at the restaurant is not diverse. This problem needs to be overcome by the hotel to be better. Once again, thank you to the entire hotel staff for warmly welcoming us, and especially to Mr.DUC for supporting us from booking to throughout our stay.

We had an enjoyable vacation in Da Nang, the group stayed at the gold plaza hotel for 1 week, we were very satisfied with the services at the hotel, the room was large, beautiful and very clean, the balcony was airy. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. When we arrived,bellboy and doorman Andrew welcome us with smile.We really love his cheerfulness. Our luggage was also carried to the room by him.
