Resort Hotels in Da Nang

Good location. Right at the beach. Near to restaurants, spa & massage parlours. We have the ocean front room. Great view of the sunrise and beach. I would open the balcony doors when in the room as I love hearing the sounds of the waves. I have a very relaxing stay here. I would have given 5 stars for all categories if the Staff could be more helpful. Probably restricted by the language use to communicate. Not a big issue😊

Everything was perfect from the moment I stepped in the hotel to check out except the view was not exactly ocean view, more of a pool view. So not happy about this. Staying at Block E217. Hotel is 15min walk to Marble mountains but I grabbed there since was raining. 30min to Hoi An and 15min to city & 20min to airport. Beach in front of hotel is super fine and clean , went next door Marriot , beach was a bit dirty with some rubbish. Spent many meals in the hotel and food was excellent except the bakery, they should expand the offerings . Spa massages was heavenly & has already planning to go back this year again.

We stayed for 5 days by end Sept. The experience was amazing. Location at the mountain in front of the ocean. It’s good for relaxing. Resort provides free shuttle bus to downtown. They also have many activities in free of charges. We joined both yoga class and massage class, the coaches are professional. Breakfast - many choices, restaurants also at fair price & food is good ! The service is awesome! You would find that their smile from their heartfelt and they are motivated and enjoyable to work in here. Honestly speaking, the hotel charges is high but value for money!! I would highly recommend you come to experience this wonderful resort !

It was a beautiful hotel with an amazing view. The breakfast buffet was average though, and the infinity pool view was fantastic. We had met up with friendly staffs to take beautiful photos. Then staffs are friendly and go extra miles to make sure we are comfortable. The location was quite far from town but taxi was easily available.

Service: Good service staff, listen and helps to rearrange our rooms together despite we booked our rooms separately. They offered us rooms central to most amenities. They also helped us with our luggage’s up and down the cable cars. Location: @Bana Hills, our assigned rooms are pretty centrally located. Room: Size average, minimal dun expect much. Should provide separate lighting switch / control for bathroom. Currently, 1 switch for all lights (bathroom inclusive) Food: Buffet spread is good although it’s a little expensive. No choice as most coffee/ eating establishment closes at 4.30pm. Checkout: The hotel checkout time is 9.30am, considered early. Overall: A very well kept “Little France”, good for photo taking only in the early morning or late night where there are no many people. Worth a stay if you are planning to visit BaNa Hills

The hotel offers a breathtaking seaside panorama, with the beach just steps away. The staff, from front desk to waitress and housekeeping were constantly helpful and friendly. Our only drawback was the late night noise from the nearby funfair which kept us awake until early morning. While the breakfast buffet had a good selection, it lacked options for protein rich foods and local delicacies. Overall this hotel is a perfect place to have a good holiday.

It was so much better than I expected! When I was looking for reviews, I was particularly worried about hygiene (bed bugs, lagoon pool floats, etc.), but the room was pleasant, and the hot and cold water was as good as I wanted, and the water pressure was good (of course, I used two filters). So the life guards removed it. The staff was impeccable and the breakfast was quite good. It was a little disappointing that there was no seafood or fruit. There are few *** in Vietnam, and the private beach was nice. In fact, it was well maintained, so it was nice to just eat breakfast and take a walk. I want to use it again next time!

Firstly, the staff at this hotel are wonderful. They are SO helpful, caring and accommodating. We appreciated their help and interactions. The hotel has a beautiful and welcoming foyer and pool area. The rooms are lovely, a great size with excellent showers and bathroom. The location is walking distance to the lovely beach and there's plenty of eating options around. I really wanted to love this accommodation but there were problems. First and foremost is the functions held that dominate the place. One took over the entire main pool with a stage covering the pool which meant guests couldn't use it for nearly two days. This left guests using the roof pool that is neglected and had no towels. There was never enough pool towels. Everyday, we had to wait while staff went looking for pool towels. The private functions are loud and if your room is near them, you then have to listen to the late night banging and talking while packing up. Breakfast is good but if you get there late, they are slow to replace items or not at all. Two mornings, I missed out on bacon, ham and croissants and had empty coffee pots. There are a lot of Asian options and beautiful fruit and the normal egg station. You won't go hungry. The beautiful Lady running the breakfast room is absolutely second to none. Her genuine interest in your comfort and day was heart warming. Overall, the staff here are 5 stars. The accommodation is 4 stars. I would definitely stay again and loved Da Nang.

We stayed here for 5 nights in June 2023 . Nice , clean resort a bit out of town . Rooms are large and modern , pools and restaurants are nice just a bit of a walk from the building accommodation. Breakfast was good . Viet in the pool bar was amazing, Friendly and gave us great local information and local suggestions. The only down side to this accommodation is it’s a bit far from Da Nang and Hoi am with limited options unless you take a taxi or grab . Negatives for the hotel is laundry pricing $$$ and car using by resort $$$

The heart of the hotel is it's staff, all eager to please and genuinely friendly. From 'Tyson' in the breakfast restaurant to Richard in the bar who makes a superb cocktail. The rooms are clean and comfortable with all the conveniences you need. Location is excellent, 200m from the beach with a plethora of restaurants and eateries for everyone's tastes. If in Da Nang looking for a little luxury at affordable rates the Hotel Sofiana is a great choice 👏
