Hotels in Phuoc My, Da Nang

The location is great , just cross the road to the beach entrance. Room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet but there was a bit crowded around 9 AM. So, you should manage your time to have breakfast without waiting. The rooftop pool was stunning. I recommend you to swim in the afternoon or evening to avoid strong sun. The staffs were friendly and enthusiastic.

The room was nice and the staff were friendly. The beach is just across the road, which is very convenient. Breakfast was decent, though it could use more variety. We stayed in a sea view room, where the sun shone beautifully throughout the day. The rooftop pool was also a great feature. Sound proofing was poor. We heard children crying early in the morning and people karaoke in the restaurant on the beach late at night. House cleaning isn’t thorough. I found used tissue paper on the floor after cleaning and a water glass was put back to the bar with lip marks.

We loved the breakfast. The pool was nice, but half of it was shaded. The gym and sauna were good. We had dinner at the Horizon bar. They had pizza on the menu, which we wanted to have, but they said they had run out of cheese, so they could not make pizzas. Didn't expect this from a Sheraton brand hotel. But we ordered other dishes and were not disappointed. The food quality was good, and they had a good selection of beers. The rooms were spacious with beach view, which was very nice. We could see the sunrise from our room window. We only wished they had given us a room on a higher floor since we booked very much in advance. The view would have been even better. The location was a little far from the beach restaurants, but the beach was just across the street, and that was very convenient. The staff attitude was very nice except for the reception staff, but it could be because they were very busy. The checkout was not very smooth. The bell boys took too long to come, so we had to bring down the luggage ourselves. Overall, we had a great time in this hotel

Hotel and rooms are comfortable and relaxing. The sky pool and view are awesome. The breakfast varieties and qualities are great. The most pleasant experience was with Mr Do who was observant and considerate to give a cold drink for the hot weather and then gave me a free ride to airport after helping me to cancel the Grabcar.

The hotel was quite noisy during the night, which affected our sleep. The breakfast was decent—nothing special but acceptable. The location, however, is excellent—right across from Da Nang Beach and just a few doors down from a fantastic seafood restaurant.

Xin Chao, as they say in Vietnam! Briefly: I recommend, new and clean hotel. + new, comfortable, near the sea; + quiet air conditioning, good soundproofing, comfortable bed and pillows; + excellent sea view; + delicious and varied breakfast (except coffee, it's terrible). A minute from the hotel is a 24-hour supermarket. Excellent spa in the hotel. Cons: - they don't give towels to the beach; - they require a deposit upon check-in. Special thanks to manager Henry, who was able to solve my problem and accommodate me in room 2401.

We had a wonderful stay! The sea view from our room was absolutely stunning! The room was spacious and clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. BREAKFAST WAS INCREDIBLE!!! With lots of variety and very delicious! Even the mocktail at the poolside bar was so nice! The pool was very simple and small but enough for kids, just that the water is a bit chill. Since the hotel is located at the Main Street, it can get a bit noisy. But it’s still acceptable after bedtime, at least we didn’t got waken up by any noise during our stay. Definitely will come again!

The hotel is great and I love the Xmas decorations during my stay! Location is perfect. The breakfast provided was nice with hot pho and varieties of food choices. The room is spacious and ocean views are great. The rooftop bar is good! In terms of facilities, the gym is rather too small and the equipment provided is not sufficient.

the ocean view room was breathtaking. Buffet breakfast was amazing but can be switched up more menus. The room service can be improved when ask for toilet paper you gotta chase them a. Second or third times. The service check in with Josh was pleasant. The gym and pool amenities was clean and superb

The front desk service was excellent. The hotel rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and offered a great variety. It's just a few minutes' walk from My Khe Beach. Right in front of the hotel, there are many massage and hair wash places, which is incredibly convenient.
