The location is a bit far from the beach, but I am satisfied because I can feel the atmosphere of the local alley. The facilities are new and clean.
Soundproofing is a bit disappointing. There is no gym or pool. There is a veranda, but the curtains are difficult to open as the neighbors are very close.

The B&B is clean and tidy. There is the Wangmei Cafe downstairs. I live on the second floor and there are cafe seats. The layout is super beautiful. Like it.

The bathroom and toilet are one space but separated on two sides by a sink. There is no window to the outside of the bathroom. Although the toilet is equipped with ventilation equipment, it is not functioning, so if there is someone oversized, the smell cannot be dispersed. If the bathroom on the other side is used, the heat cannot escape.
