Nice facilities. Restaurants are good and services are in high standard The beach is super nice. Room is a bit aged and the spa technician is not as nice as expected.

Fantastic resort. Best pick of the bunch in Danang when it comes to facilities and kids clubs. It is also the only one that really has a relatively lively evening scene with restaurants and a fantastic beach side bar for cocktails. 10 mins grab/taxi from my keh beach and 30 mins grab/taxi from Hoi an. 25 minutes from the airport and marble mountain is literally next door. Only slight downside is the rooms themselves are starting to show a little bit of wear and tear matching the age of the resort - maybe time for a refresh!

Very nice beach. Good selection of dinner options. Breakfast and pool seems to be crowded everyday though.

A complicated experience. We booked room with breakfast and lounge, but hotel noticed us there is no breakfast included in our price. I think Trip.com have some mis-communication with the hotel which cause inconvenience. We stayed here for two nights. Once we enter the room, there is a notice state there will be an event for both nights that may cause some noise and hope we could understand. But then, music start at around 4 pm, it disturb the entire hotel. Every corner of the public area can hear the music. Music volume just went up at around 8pm and disturb the whole peace in the resort. It's super annoying, feel like stay at a hotel right next to a club. Music just keep going up until 8:30 and I tried to call the front desk and the staff just keep telling me to understand. As the music keep so loud, I went to the front desk in person and tell then it's really very disturbing as the volume is quite unacceptably loud. As the next day they still have the same event at the center of the hotel, they offered us to upgrade to a suite at the another side of the resort. I appreciate the help of their manager, Ethan. The suite room at the another really hear nothing even the event is the same as Day 1. Although the hotel is not really balancing their event and regular customer experience, I appreciate their help. I hope hotel can try to maintain the quality of regular customer even they hold events. But overall, it's quite nice experience as their pools are big, breakfast are very nice and with an amazing beach.

We were a large family and had a delightful stay at the Hyatt. Plenty for the kids to do and a variety of eateries kept it fresh for our three night stay.

Room was spacious & clean. Good location with access to private beach. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

I checked in at 12:00 noon and could not enter my room yet. I left my baggage to the receptionist and left the hotel for your. When I returned hotel at 10 pm at night, I found my baggage was still with the receptionist but not in my room.

Compare to the previous experience few years ago and due to the high season, expectations more than the whole experience. Overall, not bad except the noise of one of the taps in the toilet, woken up by the noise several times.

We have great experience at this hotel, all staff take very good care of us. we also got the room upgrade to 1 bedroom and late check out. Love it.
