The hotel in itself is not bad but the housekeeping staff really have to put cleaning in their agenda. I have attached images of my room after they cleaned it each day immediately after they “cleaned”. I’m African and the day I checked in, the towels were clean and fluffy. Now they give me this crap. They don’t do this for their other guests. I’m disgusted because they happily take the money but refuse to give us the service we paid for. Very shameful and dirty

We booked a room and paid for the inclusion of motorcycle rental. The receptionist just denied this. Luckily trip were able to resolve but there was no willingness to help from the hotel. They didn’t even suggest somewhere that we could hire one. The staff just sit on TikTok all day. The pool was cold and the bar was always closed.

Good city hotel. Pretty quiet. Good bathroom. The kettle with tea & coffee in the room was nice to have.
The pillows were very old and smelly - asked the staff to replace them.
The absence of balcony was not very convenient.
But I guess it worths its price.

Bear in mind that the shuttle only stops at Terminal 1. If you are departing from Terminal 2, you need to either walk from T1 to T2 or take the transfer bus between
The staff were so lovely and I was able to walk to floriade. There is parking available and the hotel is very close to the roundabout to get you to the parliament district

Excellent hotel, with a pool on the roof, clean, room in good condition, friendly staff, excellent view from the roof. For such a price it's just super.

As for the hotel, I liked it, really liked it. The bed is clean, the bathroom is good, there's a kettle, a hair dryer, a refrigerator, everything is in working order. There's a swimming pool on the top floor, small but clean. Wi-Fi is connected everywhere, it works well. The soundproofing is also good, which is very pleasing during a long stay.
