1st night ok. 2nd night was bad. Tiny little Bugs crawling on the pillows. When we came back to the room housekeeping was there mopping the floor. Was wet. I think they didn't do a proper job. Otherwise all ok for me.
Hotel probably not well ventilated. Seems that vietnam very cost saving. Lobby also hot.

Very nice hotel and very warm and friendly reception. The room is clean and modern with a great view. Lots of restaurants around and the beach is a stone throw away!

There is a girl at the front desk who can speak a little Chinese, which makes check-in much easier. The room is clean and tidy, the hotel breakfast is good, it is easy to find food around, there is a small night market downstairs, and it is not far to the beach. Overall it is pretty good.

Even though I arrived at 2 am, they carried my luggage and the service was good.
I reserved a twin room, but they upgraded me to a queen + single room.
Since it was a family trip, it was nice to have a connected room.
The breakfast menu changes daily and the rice noodles and coffee are delicious and the menu is decent. The staff are also friendly. Not overly friendly.
I liked Helen’s link to the Ba Na Hills article. The article was different when leaving/returning.
The 12th floor swimming pool is small, but looks pretty when the sun shines.

The best value for money among hotels near Mikemichi Beach
I was assigned a twin room and the interior was clean.
However, the water pressure is weak and it is difficult to control the water temperature.
I have a hard time washing my child.
