Интернет очень плохой! Очень! Очень! Очень плохой! Ужасный
Пришлось проститься в предыдущий отель посидеть в холле, чтобы принять важный звонок
Завтрак тут грустный, невкусный, над помидорами летало много мошек!!а когда они сидели на овощах, я сначала подумала, что овощи посыпаны специями.
Велком дринк давали видимо только пакетным туристам. Нам никто не предложил.
На ресепшен очень пыльно. В бассейне на дне что-то лежало(бумажки или просто грязь), лежаки грязные.
По всему отелю надписи «Grand Sunrise”, но это не он. Grand Sunrise рядом, и там сервис лучше!
В остальном тут было нормально.

Ai đến khách sạn này nên lưu ý nha..thai độ nhân viên phục vụ rất ko tốt.. phòng thì cu kĩ...nhất là nhân viên giữ xe thai độ rất xấu.khi muốn xe máy thì đưa xe cũ mà giá lại cao..bảo đoi xe mới hơn thì ko vui..mat chiều khóa xe den "900"nghìn quá đáng thật..ko nên ở ks này..nha moi người....

An ok stay on a budget travel. The reception girls were very cheerful and friendly and the room super clean and specious . No safe though. The wifi 4/5 only and did not go all the way to the roof where the pool area was. The housekeepers never ever woke me up which was a big plus. The room was always cleaned and I got new towels and bed sheets . Right in the city centre but quiet enough so you don’t hear any noises. Breakfast was nice

Stayed here for one night, thankfully. If you want to lay on springs, this is your place! The mattress felt like it t 15 years old. Sort of got a skin crawling itchy feel! The pool area/bar is quite antiquated and run down. Quite an interesting room layout - see picture. In a good area to explore Da Nang but I would expect a lot more value than this.

Good overall value for the money. Breakfast is good. There was no WiFi at swimming pool. Motorbike rental is a bit expensive when compared to Thailand. Hotel staff was very friendly and nice.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and enjoyed our stay. The staff, Ms. Trang and Ms.Giselle were really wonderful, always helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was a healthy selection of fruits and local cuisine like pho. Level 10 kitchen and breakfast staff were always smiling and happy to help. They always did their job well despite some very demanding and fussy guests. The bathroom design could do with a bit of improvement as it the glass does not cover a larger section of the bathtub and hence water leaks every time which ends in a wet floor every day. End up using towels unnecessarily to dry it to prevent slipping & accidents. House keeping staff & Security were also very friendly. If you rent a scooter, you could park it in the basement. The location was ideal as it was close to everything walking distance eg other restaurants, pharmacy, massage parlours, the beach etc. Tip : Please be polite to staff with a please, thank you and a smile. It goes a long way!

今年の６月１３日にホテル名が変更になっています。「ヘリオス ブッティクホテル&スパ」に。２泊しました。スタッフの皆さんとても親切でした。予定を聞いていただきアドバイスをしていただきました。片言の日本語が話せるおばさんが一人います。観光時期でベトナムの宿泊者が殆どで満室でした。レイトチェックアウトを希望しましたが、満室でできませんでした。ですが、チェックアウト後はプールもシャワーも使用して下さいといっていただきました。車の手配もGrabと同じお値段で呼んでくれたり、ツアー先のスタッフの迎えが遅れていた時、会社に電話をしてくれたりしていただきとても助かりました。お部屋は綺麗で日本のビジネスホテルのようです。シャワーのお湯の出も良かったのですが、使用済みのお湯が便器の床の方まで流れていくので、乾くまで不便でした。歯ブラシ・石けん・シャンプー・インスタントコーヒー・紅茶パック・水のペットボトル２本が無料で付いています。湯沸かしポット有り。近くにコンビニ・マッサージ屋・飲食店有り、ミケンビーチは５分くらいで便利な場所に有るホテルでした。
