I was surprised that I could watch some Japanese TV broadcasts.
There was a bathtub so I filled it with hot water, but it quickly turned to cold water so I gave up.
Then the drain overflowed and it flooded...

The breakfast here is sad, tasteless, there were a lot of midges flying over the tomatoes!! and when they were sitting on the vegetables, at first I thought that the vegetables were sprinkled with spices.
Welcome drink was apparently only given to package tourists. Nobody offered us one.
The reception is very dusty. There was something lying at the bottom of the pool (papers or just dirt), the sun loungers were dirty.
There are "Grand Sunrise" signs all over the hotel, but that's not it. Grand Sunrise is nearby and has better service!
Otherwise, everything was fine here.

Anyone who comes to this hotel should be careful.. the service staff's attitude is very bad.. the rooms are not very meticulous... especially the parking attendant's attitude is very bad. When you want a motorbike, give it a used one and it's too expensive. It's too high..it's not fun to buy a newer car..it's really too much to lock the car up to "900" in the afternoon..you shouldn't stay at this hotel..everyone....

An ok stay on a budget travel. The reception girls were very cheerful and friendly and the room super clean and specious . No safe though. The wifi 4/5 only and did not go all the way to the roof where the pool area was. The housekeepers never ever woke me up which was a big plus. The room was always cleaned and I got new towels and bed sheets . Right in the city centre but quiet enough so you don’t hear any noises. Breakfast was nice

Stayed here for one night, thankfully. If you want to lay on springs, this is your place! The mattress felt like it t 15 years old. Sort of got a skin crawling itchy feel! The pool area/bar is quite antiquated and run down. Quite an interesting room layout - see picture. In a good area to explore Da Nang but I would expect a lot more value than this.
