The hotel is actually good, but if for value for money it doesn't seem suitable for me because besides the hotel is quite expensive, you have to pay again for the cable car and there are not many games in Ba Na Hill.

It is the only hotel in Ba Na Hill. We had lunch, dinner, and breakfast at the hotel. They have great variety of food and some dishes are really nice. The room is smaller than it looks in the picture. But they are comfortable enough. Staff were helpful though expect to wait a while cause they have to serve so many people.

It was raining the entire time during our stay, yet the view from the hotel was a highlight! We could not do much outdoors so stayed at indoor fantasy park most of the time. Breakfast and dinner buffet were great!

Awesome concept. Enjoyed the French decor. Appreciated the heater provided in the room. Linen and towels were great quality. Breakfast buffet with a good variety of dishes.

Booked family room and double bed rooms and both at different building which wasn’t informed to us earlier. Reception didn’t give clear direction and even gave us wrong info to cable car station when checked out but porters were doing great job helping with luggage and provided direction to hotel and cable car stations. Breakfast coupons also given on separate days which don’t understand why they can’t provided at one shot on check in day.

I would like to share some feedback regarding our recent stay at your hotel. Overall, we found the location to be a great spot to relax, especially with the excellent facilities offered by Sun World Ba Na Hills. We came to celebrate both our anniversary and Christmas, and were excited about the experience.
On the first day of our stay, we encountered an issue with the hot water. We called for assistance and waited nearly an hour for someone from the hotel to come and resolve the problem. It is now almost 10 PM, and the outside temperature is below 19°C, making the situation quite uncomfortable.
On the second night of our stay, we were unexpectedly woken up at 7 AM by a housekeeping staff member. She informed us that we had requested a repair for the hairdryer, which was not the case. We tried to explain the situation, but she ignored us and entered the room without our consent. After checking the hairdryer, she left her master key behind. Later, she entered the room a second time, but fortunately, my husband had already finished his shower and was dressed. I find it difficult to believe this happened at a Mercure hote

The hotel is located within the Sunworld of Bana hill, I went there in December so it was really cold and rainy towards the afternoon. You can’t really see anything in the afternoon so make sure to go Golden Bridge in the morning if you plan to visit. Bring thick jackets, raincoat/umbrella and plan your trip well if you’re going during this period. For anyone planning to visit Sunworld I would definitely recommend to stay over for a night so you can avoid the tourist crowds, take good photos in Sunworld in the evening / morning and get 30% off your tickets to Sunworld. The theme park itself is dreamy with European vibes. The downside would mainly be expensive food (expected given it’s a theme park), small room and the weather.
