The year 2023 written above looks more like it was renovated in 2003, and many things in the room have a strong sense of age.

Excellent location and clean bedroom, when I needed paper or water I was left without calling the reception and they solved it instantly.

Good value for money but no soundproofing

Absolutely disgusting, please look at photos for yourself.... It stinks, I walked into breakfast and straight out everything was dirty and sticky. The reviews they have are totally untrue and you can see from my photo's....... Don't waste your time and money. Nicola Kelly solo traveler...

Our stay here did not meet our expectations at all. The rooms are fairly small and only have one small window which you can barely see out of with a broken blind. The breakfast has a wide selection of foods all of which are low quality and cold. It is in a fairly nice location with many restaurants nearby and a 5 min walk from the beach. What really let this hotel down was the staff on the last day who tried to charge us 200,000vnd for dirty towels claiming they were “ruined” before they had attempted to wash them. This really upset the both of us on our last day. Unfortunately we weren’t the only ones who suffered, in the twenty minuets it took for the staff to accept we were not paying , a further THREE people were charged for similar reasons which is absolutely outrageous to do to customers at the end of their stay. The rooftop pool is small but quite nice to cool off in, however there are only two sun-beds that are comfortable. Overall this hotel was very disappointing.
