The location of this property is excellent! Several decent coffee shops either downstairs or within a few minutes walk. Lots of restaurants around the hotel, 5 minutes walk to the My Khe Beach.
Surroundings give strong touristy feeling and lots of restaurants around are purely open for tourists. But this is understandable as locals do not really come to this end for food and leisure much.
The hotel room is basic, but it has everything you need. Shower gel and shampoos are not in bottles, but little sachets, they get replaced daily, two free bottles of water are also replenished on a daily basis.
There is only one thing that didn’t feel great was that, the listing picture (attached) is so different to the room we get, it also says 35 square metres for the room, however, the room we were given was no where near that size. Felt a bit misled to be honest.
We enjoyed the balcony and it was a plus, and we enjoyed the balcony view. The aircon in our room was functioning well.
Other than this, overall, it was a good stay I would say.

Price of the hotel was absolutely a steal, taking into account the big rooms, proximity to the beach and beautiful views. Thankful for the previous reviews that we managed to find the entrance of the hotel. Enter B&B Bakery and find the glass door, the lift to the reception is through here. Receptionists speak English and were kind and friendly. We didn't stay the night as we had a flight to catch, but the amenities (shower, bed and air-conditioning) were good. There were a little dirt stains on the couch but it wasn't a big issue. We also spotted a few big ants.

I couldn't find the front desk when I got downstairs. When I got there, I was so angry I doubted it was even this hotel. They wouldn't even issue a receipt for my stay. The following two pictures show the front desk.

The house smelled delicious upon entering. It was also very clean and very cost-effective. The service was excellent, and the staff even helped with moving boxes. The staff were very friendly. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations.

It is almost impossible to find the entrance to the hotel on your own. There is no sign, you can't find the reception. We walked around for 5-7 minutes, started calling the hotel. Due to the language barrier, we also couldn't understand each other. The employees of the coffee shop located on the 1st floor said that they didn't know such a hotel. And then we were lucky and we met our compatriot, who told us that the reception is on the 7th floor! In general, a whole quest for checking in.
I'll leave instructions for finding the entrance to the hotel: Bread and butter bakery, go through and get to the elevators and go to the 7th floor, or you will immediately see the elevators from the yard.
The room itself is very ordinary, just for sleeping. No safe, no TV. The view from the balcony is side on a piece of the sea. The sea is just a stone's throw away and this is the main plus)

The beach is so close that some people even returned to their rooms in their swimsuits. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it convenient. The front desk was on the 7th floor, so it was a bit hard to find.

Since they only had four-person rooms available for a six-night reservation, they had to split the booking into two separate rooms: two nights, one night, one night (with a terrace and a larger area), and two nights. After two nights, the receptionist told me I didn't need to move to the room I was staying in. Since one of the nights had a terrace, they wouldn't accept me. They eventually gave me a two-night terrace room, and after those two nights, I didn't need to move. However, there was no hot water for the last four nights, and I didn't hear back after notifying them to fix it!
Each room change was only announced at midnight, even after I had already packed my belongings! I also booked one night on July 20th, and strangely, across three rooms, there was no TV either! There was a wall mount where a TV used to hang! The public trash can in the hallway, where guests discard food boxes and other items, attracted ants!
