We booked a hotel for the Spring Festival. The facilities are average. The landlord's service is not good. The room on the first floor was converted from a garage, which is a big safety hazard. The water heater was in the room. The pipe burst at 1:00 in the middle of the night, and the hot water flowed all over the room. The whole family had a bad sleep that night. The next day, there was no hot water again. We couldn't find anyone to deal with it, and the process was very slow. In short, it was very bad.
