To say that this is a bad hotel is to say NOTHING. It is so dirty, it is horrible, the reception is disgusting. We had to spend a lot of wet wipes to wipe the bench, which was just incredibly dirty. The toilet at Lyuba is a ******* nightmare. Our room itself was "okay", I took the most expensive one. The curtains were torn off, spider webs were everywhere, especially in the shower. The worst thing for guys is the WATER. AS IF YOU WERE IN SOME KIND OF CAMP. We had to ask to turn on the hot water for us. But there is none. So know that it is there, but you have to ask. Apparently they are saving money this way. Although the hotel is not cheap by Vietnamese standards. The Wi-Fi is also terrible.

Excellent hotel! Luxurious entrance, columns, marble lions, carved furniture. Convenient elevator. The rooms are spacious and bright. The hotel seems new. The view from the window in our room was of the rooftops, the only drawback. Cleaning every day, water, paper, fresh towels.
The staff is pleasant, including the cleaning ladies and the girls at the reception.
The hotel is within walking distance (10 minutes) to both the dragon bridge and the sea.
On Saturday evenings at 21:00 you can watch the dragon bridge spew fire. And take a boat ride on the Han River.
There are many restaurants on the street, there is a Winmart nearby, this is the only chain of stores where you can buy more or less familiar products and the prices are cheaper there.
