Very nice room. Clean. Bed is good. Staff so kind. Near to beach. Quiet. But you need to stay big room bcs small room with big window cannot open window. Also other rooms have too small window. But totally.. price is so cheap.

Golden Sun was only $13 for the day. No buffet breakfast from what I understand, but a chef choice breakfast for a small fee which we did not try. The hotel appeared recently renovated, with a little amount clean up yet to be completed. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. No pool, exercise,or roof lounging, but would not hesitate to book again if needed.

Terrible! Cockroaches in the room. The floors are not washed, there is debris and dust in hard-to-reach places. No sound insulation. From 5 am, especially if there are Vietnamese or Chinese on the floor shouting in the corridor. It's impossible to get enough sleep. They said they would poison the cockroaches, even an employee came, but this needs to be done when there is no one in the room. If you close your eyes to this or it doesn’t bother you, then the hotel is not bad, the internet is excellent, there were no problems. But the cleaning is just terrible.

Hotel. Many hotel staff can speak Chinese. This is very helpful to me. The room is very clean. The bed is big and easy to sleep in. The breakfast is very delicious. The view is very beautiful. The staff at the counter are very helpful. It is a very friendly hotel.

It's a good hotel if you just want to stay. All amenities are provided. For 30,000 won, this is a bargain. Highly recommended for solo travelers.. Not recommended for lovers. If it's late at night, the lights are turned off in the entire lobby. Take care of it.

The location of the hotel is very good, it is good for 0.5 nights before going to the airport, and it is good value for money.

It's very close to the beach, it's clean and nice, and there are a lot of guests.

The price was also cheap, around 2300 yen per night. Since I arrived on an early morning flight, I requested an early check-in for which I would have to pay an additional fee, but they happily accommodated my request. It was a very comfortable trip as it was well located from the sea.

The hotel is near the beach, the price is cheap so I can't ask for too much, but compared to their service, the price is very cheap. Breakfast is not too many dishes but delicious and suitable for taste. Room is clean and neat.

First time at The Golden Hotel and will definitely be back. The room was nice and clean with excellent water pressure in the shower. The breakfast buffet was better than most, didn’t have to ever go out. Beds were really comfortable, ended up sleeping in every morning. Special thank you to the staff, Hue, Tien and Ngân. All very beautiful and helpful. I/we will definitely be back..

Run down hotel with minimal accommodation. Bedsheets are stinky and room is also not cleaned..Total disappointment for the long await trip.

The staff was pleasant, the room was big enough, toiletries provided. Staff helped organise the trip to Ba Na Hills since there was no travel agent around. There are restaurants for every budget in the area and Winmart is around the corner. The hotel is close to the beach and the Dragon Bridge is on the same street. Plenty of Grab's in the area too.
