Peninsula Hotel Danang

Hotel is amazingly awesome, the view is spectacular, walking to the beach just in 30 sec. The services are great, the people are friendly, nice, professional. The food in cafeteria is yummy and various for all types of culture, the room is cozy, tidy, clean, smell good. The spa is something you must try, the price is affordable. I love the oil they use when massaging, it makes my skin soo smooth for 3 days after. Highly recommend for anyone coming to Danang for healing trip.

This is the second time in this hotel in Da Nang and we are still amazed by it! First, this year we took the room with the sea view and as you can it is wonderful! You have all the necessary equipment in the room as well! Breakfast is delicious (you can definitely choose something you will like), staff is friendly and very polite as well as helpful. It is further from the famous My Khe beach and it is quiet which is definitely a plus. The beach is just across the hotel - clean and not crowded! Highly recommend!

The Peninsula left a great impression on me during my stay in Da Nang, and I will definitely return. The hospitality and comfort made me feel welcome, though there was a bit of a language barrier—which is understandable in a non-English-speaking country. Most staff tried their best with a smile, but a few responded with a long face when they didn’t understand, which can feel uncomfortable. I also hope staff, especially those serving breakfast, will consider wearing masks for better hygiene. Overall, a memorable stay.

The location was great infront of the beach. The buffet was good, the one on the 28th floor was smaller but complete. The afternoon tea is some fruits and drinks and some Vietnamese desserts, the view is beautiful from there. The hotel is beautiful and I loved the smell of lemongrass in the lobby. Checking in was smooth and I was offered tea. The service was ok for a Peninsula hotel, the security guards helped sometimes to cross the road to get to the beach. I had a bit of a disappointment at the salsa bar. I wanted to order some dinner around 6 pm and the bartenders weren’t there, I walked around and sat there the view was nice. So finally I saw them and asked for a menu. It really didn’t feel “welcoming” to order anything, so I just ordered food delivered instead. The room came with the complementary foot bath or sauna, but yesterday when I tried to make a reservation for the foot bath, the lady from the spa told me there was no availability and hung up, I think it would’ve been reasonable for them to offer me the sauna, or to ask me if I would schedule for Monday, or some other “compensation” since I was supposed to get this service. Also my room was for two people but I was traveling by myself so the amenities could’ve been used twice. (I know this because when I walked in for breakfast and afternoon tea, they would scan my room key and they would tell me “two people” and I had to reply, “only one”). Also, when leaving the hotel I had no help getting the suitcase to the car, it wasn’t too bad I just had to go around and take a ramp by myself but it’s just normal procedure in these hotels to have them helping with luggage and so…

This hotel was awesome! But the location of the hotel was a little far from the main streets at beach. I couldn’t choose how to get there because taking taxi was too short and walking there was a little far. 여기 호텔 진짜 좋았습니다. 그렇지만, 위치가 조금 아쉬워요. 메인 해변가랑 거리가 조금 있어서 택시타기도, 걸어가기도 애매했어요

Hotel service can be improved. This hotel is very inflexible and the staff gives you attitude. According to one of the staff, the hotel mainly serves guests from Korea tour group so it can be quite hectic. The breakfast variety was also quite limited. The only good thing is the good sea view from the room. However, there was a party going on at the beach so it was quite noisy.
