It was so much better than I expected! When I was looking for reviews, I was particularly worried about hygiene (bed bugs, lagoon pool floats, etc.), but the room was pleasant, and the hot and cold water was as good as I wanted, and the water pressure was good (of course, I used two filters). So the life guards removed it. The staff was impeccable and the breakfast was quite good. It was a little disappointing that there was no seafood or fruit. There are few *** in Vietnam, and the private beach was nice. In fact, it was well maintained, so it was nice to just eat breakfast and take a walk. I want to use it again next time!

The hotel offers a breathtaking seaside panorama, with the beach just steps away. The staff, from front desk to waitress and housekeeping were constantly helpful and friendly. Our only drawback was the late night noise from the nearby funfair which kept us awake until early morning. While the breakfast buffet had a good selection, it lacked options for protein rich foods and local delicacies. Overall this hotel is a perfect place to have a good holiday.

5-star hotel 3 Chung Pool Villa. 3 bedrooms. 4 beds. Enjoy the luxury of 4 bathrooms It was so wide that it was a little annoying to have to call a buggy every time I went out, and it was a pool villa, but since it was January, the pool water was so cold that I couldn't play, so there was no meaning to a pool villa. It would be nice if the water was warm, but it is not adjustable. But the room was so good that I remembered it

The villa that our family shared was well appointed, with cooking facilities, living area, and dining area. The bedrooms had super king beds in two of the bedrooms and and two singles in the other room. All bedrooms had an ensuite. The fourth bedroom was not opened for our use. Each villa had a private small pool. The staff was very friendly and transport was provided by the resort. The resort has a 50m pool that was warm at this time of the year. Any issue was dealt with promptly. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and catered for all tastes. I would not hesitate to come back again. The resort is set at the beach, so one can use the pool and have the beach right next to it.

I arrived late at night, but thanks to the friendly staff, I was able to check in and relax comfortably. I booked a room with two beds for a family of three, and the room had a slight view of the beach and was overall clean, so it was nice to spend a night with my child. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. It was well stocked with basic toothbrushes, cotton swabs, soap, etc., and the water tasted good. The breakfast food was simple and all delicious. Although the breakfast space is small, the time zone is wide, so there is no difficulty in using it. The staff are all friendly and proactive in providing guidance, so I was able to use it more comfortably. The currency exchange shop, wooden restaurant, fruit shop (Mimi), and Mike Beach are all within walking distance, and it is conveniently located in a good location where the cost of using Grab is low.

Arrived late at Night. 24/7 access. Very Friendly Staff even though most of their English, understanding & speaking was Limited. Very close to Beach & Restaurants. Arrange Tours & also Exchange Money. Free Breakfast. Young staff but they Accomplished their Jobs Satisfactory. Indoor Pool. Comfortable Beds. Room always kept Clean & Tidy. Fruit in your Room upon Arriving. Could walk to Dragons Bridge & Marble Mountain if you feel fit enough. I did, enjoyable Time, seeing different types of Buildings, ****** not far. Front Desk Manager, very Friendly. Got along pretty well with all the staff. Never had any Problems about anything. Enjoyed my Time there.
